Remember when you hooked up with stealth diggers. I've been with you since before. I cannot wait for your videos. Love you guys great job. A faithful subscriber
Great video Kurt, to bad that Muck had to check in with the witness protection program today. He'll be back as soon as higher-ups clear him for another year.
Hey Kurt, hope ur doing well. I just wanted to thank u for putting out these awesome videos, and it’s partially because of your videos that I decided to get into the hobby. I just found my first civil war relic yesterday, an amazing Union Soldier breastplate! I thought it was a jar lid when I pulled it out of the ground until I did some research on it. It’s even crazier that I found it in Minnesota! I figured you’d understand just how rare something like that is to find, and I’m only 17! Keep up the entertaining content!
Vintage Star Toy Revolver Cap Gun Diecast Metal with Circle with a star and bull on handle. They were made in the 1960's. Some had a circle with H inside with the word Texas on it or just Tex.
I'm glad I'm not the only one having a tough year for silver... I've found some, but I'm way behind where I was last year. It's out there, just have to keep looking! Great looking KGIII, though!
The kg3 flips horizontally not vertically so idk what date it was but I don’t think the flaking area is where the date would be. Great video btw it’s always a treat to tune every week!
I love your videos, because you don't just splice in the good finds. Metal detecting is dirt fishing, sometimes you catch a nice one most of the time it is bait fish stealing your bait. Thank you for being real and positive.
Thank you for taking us along on the hunt! You totally crack me up when you do the gag reflex sound effect 🤢 after digging a find that wasn’t what you hoped for 😂.
That tap was so deep I would wonder if there is some fill dirt in there. Of course, the tap might have been in a trash pit, too. I guess you never know. Looks like somebody cherry picked the silver tones in the past. The struggle is real....thanks!
Lone Ranger style and finds his gun and some of his horse tack not bad at all good thing muck wasn’t there you know he would have stolen your silver…. Great adventure thanks for sharing see you on the next one👍🏼👊🏼
Love ya Kurt! Its so hard finding others who spell it with a K! I thought I was an oddity with my name being Kurtis with a K! Keep that Foo a’sprayin’!
You know Kurt, I always appreciated all the ho's too! Oh you said holes ! Oh! Yeah yeah all holes matter that's what I meant to say that's what I meant any way! Why does everyone go straight to the gutter?? Lmbo!! I'm just messing around guys! I've been following yall for years now and still love and watch yall all the time!!! Thanks for the content sir!!!
Nice Hunt Kurt. Congrats on the Copper and Barrel Tap. I looked up the year on Aluminum Tokens. 1890. Congrats on the 1899 Token. I've taken a Dremil to a few of my aluminum finds with a brass brush on low. The come out not to bad. Take Care Kurt.
Great video Kurt, beautiful coin, who ever detected there before did they switch it on lol, I have lots to catch up on, I'll work my way through strange not seeing you with the max or nox, apologies I've been away, I've tried catching you on FB, take care, Martin 🏴🇺🇸
I haven't see you out doing the solo thing in awhile. You need to do the call out coin I need a coin like your first videos. Maybe even run that original sound. Might confuse the crowd who haven't followed you since the beginning
Hey Kurt, I’m a 17 year old history enthusiast that has been metal detecting for 10 years now. How do you find all these old homesites and these old maps? I really want to start getting into some late history. Love your vids, keep it up. 👍 😊.
is that first piece part of an (concertina) accordian reed..."momma's gotta squeeze box daddy never sleeps at night"....The Who in case ya didnt recognize those lyrics all...lol
Ohhh that melted aluminum is annoying as hell. Lol. My yard was FULL of it. I thought I had coin signal after coin signal.......but......not to be. Lol. Wish I found a KG3 in mine. No large cents here though. Not yet at least.
I think the 1899 token would be tin. Finding that many modern bullets that close to my home would be unnerving at the least. Kurt, you are easy to watch man. I noticed on the into that you were a little younger. Kick Brad in the shin and stay safe man.
Sohh Solly no silvers.... NOT. Ground frozen solid here up north. Only not frozen is under the straw in my garden ! Brad, do not even think about straw digging. No modern treasure there... really, believe me, I mean it. Waht is Brad's new nick name anyway? Display Digger perhaps?
PI machine with a big coil should go with you when you go back. The depth of the keg tap.............. jus' sayin'. Kinda make me think of the IHP park you guy's used to hit repeatedly....... Where you did use pi.
Fun hunt with some nice finds. More in line with an average day for most of us. Thanks for sharing!!!
Thanks for the video. Especially impressed by your technique to dig the plug so cleanly. Pete (uk)

While not a bonanza of finds, it's still way better than a day spent indoors at work.
Great video Kurt, to bad that Muck had to check in with the witness protection program today. He'll be back as soon as higher-ups clear him for another year.
Enjoyed this episode of the Hoover Boy.

Some pretty good finds though. Like that silver wash button design. Have a great day and happy digging
Nice KG, congratulations! That's why I don't shy away when someone tells me a place was detected before..never hunted out..👍😎
I find it awesome that folks give permission to hunt their property, good folks !
Stay safe brother !
WOW nice find ! That old cap gun looks great for it's age.
Way to hang in there and get that Copper! The details are great on the front! Kept me entertained while I ran on the treadmill. 😊
The kg3 flips horizontally not vertically so idk what date it was but I don’t think the flaking area is where the date would be. Great video btw it’s always a treat to tune every week!

Excellent point.
You could pick weeds and I would still watch you Kurt….
But no picking of the noses. 😊
Amen.

Shit I’ll pick some weeds will you watch me lmao 😂
Awesome day. Thanks for sharing.

Did you Google that cap gun ? Never know.
Killin’ it. Happy hunting ✌🏼❤️😊🍀
Love your little pew-pee find. The cap gun is so cool.
Love ya Kurt! Its so hard finding others who spell it with a K! I thought I was an oddity with my name being Kurtis with a K! Keep that Foo a’sprayin’!

Not bad Kurt, I enjoyed the video. 🇺🇸
Great way to spend an afternoon! The bonus was the copper.

Absolutely still better than working....Not a bad day....👍
Still a great day for most Detectorists Cool cap gun. barrel tap and largie
Well, that one coin and token made it all worth it. Very nice finds.
Solid solo one again!
👍👍
Spring will get the rest of the boys soon. Thanks
No silver but still some interesting finds. And that KG III had a real sweet obverse. The silver will come!
That wasn't a bad digging day! Go Kurt!
This week, on the Hoover boy...
Hey Lonewolf, you did good. That steer on toy guns grip looks familiar? Could it be Roy Roger's? It's complete and I like it! Nice copper too. Rk.
That longer white metal piece might be a knob on a hand crank wall telephone. Like Petticoat Junction style.
1889 is when the first pretty much aluminum processing procedure was invented and the costs came way down if I remember correctly. They did have it.
Great vid brother

Nice hunt and finds
Can you imagine loosing your belt buckle and not realizing it until your pants fall down?!?😂
Haha!
Aluminum at one point was very rare. It was use at the top of the Washington monument because of how rare it was at the time.
Yes, they had pre-1900. I have aluminum World's Fair encased Indian head cents from 1901 and 1904.
I haven't see you out doing the solo thing in awhile. You need to do the call out coin I need a coin like your first videos. Maybe even run that original sound. Might confuse the crowd who haven't followed you since the beginning
@ 1:47 the top item is a model T Ford buzz coil contact.
wow
That melted aluminum definitely sounds great!!!
Dude, I dug that same cap gun. And it Still works.

I've only had my Legend since December. What VDI does old silver come up as? Clad nickel = 25, clad dime = 46, clad quarter = 50-51. TIA!
Any suggestions for heavy iron. Found old house on map and found a very heavy iron patch full of square nails. Hard to hear anything but the iron
Back to your roots. You should have brought your Lucky Charms....that'll bring out the shiny!
is that first piece part of an (concertina) accordian reed..."momma's gotta squeeze box daddy never sleeps at night"....The Who in case ya didnt recognize those lyrics all...lol
@thehooverboys I just wanted to know how do you find out where on the coil your target beeps. Cause I don’t know where on mine beeps.
Some great finds check them woods
Ohhh that melted aluminum is annoying as hell. Lol. My yard was FULL of it. I thought I had coin signal after coin signal.......but......not to be. Lol. Wish I found a KG3 in mine. No large cents here though. Not yet at least.
Let’s goo!
Man I had to search for Hoover boys this Wednesday. Yo must have said something anti establishment 😅
Is this the first ever flying solo? Thanks for coming up with a video
Aluminum was discovered in 1825 and a couple guys in the US developed an extraction process that picked up its use in 1886!
The lone ranger episode 🇺🇸👍
The cap gun looks like a Hubly gun - I found one at my parents' house when cleaning it out - it went for $50 in the auction
we had aluminum in 1860 but it was the most valuable metal on Earth. The made a 4lb or so pyrimid on the tip of the Washington Monument
I have the same exact coin. I love old colonial money. Only if the coin could tell stories of where it’s been.
waiting for ground to melt here in NY!!!
Hey Kurt....Do you ever have property owners that want everything you dig ?
Bell Star! The best woman gun slinger in Oklahoma back in the 1800,s
Hi Kurt, love watching you and your kissing of the coins.Find some old old lady's, .
The words one doesn't want to hear, "it has been dug before".
I think the 1899 token would be tin. Finding that many modern bullets that close to my home would be unnerving at the least.
Kurt, you are easy to watch man.
I noticed on the into that you were a little younger.
Kick Brad in the shin and stay safe man.
That first thing was part of a model T points ignition.
Hey Kurt, a long time subscriber here, and a recent Legend owner, can you tell me what settings of any you used here? Mode…etc?
Hey Kurt have you tried the minelab xterra pro
Any chance you would share your settings on your legend?
It always sounds like a cicada attack in the opening of the video in the fridge, or is it just me.
Whats your favorite and go to detector kurt and why?
Sohh Solly no silvers.... NOT.
Ground frozen solid here up north. Only not frozen is under the straw in my garden !
Brad, do not even think about straw digging. No modern treasure there... really, believe me, I mean it.

The depth of the keg tap.............. jus' sayin'. Kinda make me think of
the IHP park you guy's used to hit repeatedly....... Where you did use pi.
Kurt, that first piece you held up is probably a set of points from an old wooden ignition coil from a Model T car.
I use Tiger Balm often and Bobby would probably benefit from it
Belt buckle s so many in the dirt what the heck are they doing to lose em?
