How to Create PDF Files on iPhone and iPad - Print to PDF

How to create PDF files on your iPhone or iPad? In this tutorial, I show you how to print files to PDF using your iPhone. With this tutorial, you can create PDFs from websites, images, emails, etc. Printing to PDF is great, as it ensures that you and the person you are sharing the PDF file with are viewing the exact same thing the exact same way.

How to turn a website into a PDF using your iPhone:
1. Find the website that you would like to print to PDF.
2. Once you find the area that you want to make into a PDF, select the share icon.
3. Once the share menu opens, select Print. This should load a print preview. Zoom into one of the pages.
4. Within the zoomed-in print preview page, you should see another share icon in the top left corner. Select the share icon.
5. Scroll down and select Save to Files. Adjust the name and location accordingly and select Save.
6. Open the Files on your iPhone, select browse, and then select Downloads. You should be able to see the PDF file there.

Can't use it - it crops the picture. Have photos of invoices and after converting to PDF, about 1/4 inch on the left and on the right are missing.

Even simpler than that: click on the share button, then at the very top of the menu that comes up, click on the “options” link next to the title of the page. It will bring up some selections (Automatic, PDF) to export. Choose PDF. Then back on the menu, choose “save to files”.

If you attempt this with many web pages and PDF docs, the Preview shows some of the right side of the page is missing. There appears to be no way to adjust for this. There are no PDF printer driver settings? You get no choice, just select share, print, see the preview, and share again to Save to file.
