    అప్పు చేయకుండా తింటే ( దేశము ) చాలు... ఏవైనా మంచివే. ..స్థానికంగా పండే దేశవాళీ బియ్యము , జొన్నలు , సజ్జలు , కొర్రలు ఇవే మంచివి.

    దేశవాళీ బియ్యము తో అన్నము వండి ... అన్నాన్ని నీళ్లలో రాత్రంతా నానబెట్టి పొద్దున్నే మజ్జిగతో కలిపితింటే ఆరోగ్యము , డయాబెటీస్ కూడా తగ్గిపోతుంది.
