I JUST turned my tablet on, AGAIN, after about, 🤷🏾♀️idk🤷🏾♀️, a month and a hlf or so of it NOT turning on, [and my MetroPcs phone bill "IS ALWAYS PAID" on time], "et voila", it's working!! SINCE my very last comments, this tablet has NOT BEEN ABLE TO turn, On. I gave up, stop bothering with it, didn't touch it, since my last last comments, UNTIL.... i finally tried again, 10 minutes ago! My daughter was like Wha'??😊😊 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 "Happy, happy, happy, Joy, joy joy"😊😊 👍🏾Powering it real up good now!!👍🏾

I got my tablet through Metro and she said my screen was fried which it wasn't because I plugged it in earlier and the Alcatel symbol came up but it's still not turning on I'll try these and let you know if it works

What keeps causing it I'm keep getting a black screen out the blue after I fix it something keeps causing it I push down on power button several times tap the back tap the screen hold power button while tapping screen it came on .it like this routine is built into it's rebooting routine which could damage the tablet as well and just heard him say they're not responsible what happens to the tablet

Most of my apps have a grey shade on it almost black and white.... It was something like bedtime mode that was the reason and I found it and turned it off and it's still on black and white and it won't change pls help!!!!!
