This is my dads favourite song. About two years ago, he asked if I could learn it and play it for him someday. Now he lives In Ireland while my mum and I live over in the Uk. He is moving over here to finally live with us tomorrow so I have been practising mastering this song for a few months and I'm finally ready to play it for him. Whenever I forget the rhythm or cant get the notes right, I always refer back to this video. Thank you for helping me, your music is always so beautiful to hear

I just learned this masterpiece, it’s amazing! One question: how did you create the echo effect? Cause my left hand sounds too staccato-like.
I used a pedal not changing every measure :)

Hi! This is an amazing piece and you did a phenomenal job. I bought the sheet music last night and am learning it right now. Question for you. I am not nearly as advanced in piano as you obviously are (I've only been playing for a year) so please accept my apologies if I'm way off here. On bar 8 it looks like it's written to play G but in the video you are playing G Sharp. G sharp is obviously correct but I was wondering if the sheet music was missing it or if I'm just misreading it. Thanks!

My wife and I are having our first child in September and after hearing your composition, I've decided I want to learn it so I can play it for the baby. I have from now until then to learn. It's a tier or two above my skill level but I'm taking it one measure at a time :D
