STOP making videos about customer success and start DOING customer success!!! 😅😂You guys keep resolving my tickets without providing solutions. Its been 21 days now and i have multiple other tickets with over 2 weeks waiting time. This is HORRIBLE. Our whole team literally wants us to switch away from buddyboss because of the bad customer support. Here are 3 tips for you guys: 1. Resolution time shouldnt be more that 2 weeks ever days (2-3 days max might be acceptable) 2. The response time isnt up to speed sometimes I am waiting 2-3 days for someone replying running a business this type of unreliable support just doesn't cut it 3. I am not getting time frames on when problems are being handled ! Its minimum standard o give a timeframe and updates when handling client's problems.
PS: For example Kinsta support is fucking phenominal 😎 Or salesmate support! Definitely recommend to check how they do it. Resolution time 1 hour, response time a few minutes.
