The Minnesota Stormwater Seminar Series brings nationally recognized experts in stormwater management and green infrastructure to Minnesota for dialogue and discussion.
This seminar includes an invited presentation by Joel Moore, Professor of Geosciences; Interim Director for Environmental Science & Studies; Coordinator for Urban Environmental Biogeochemistry Laboratory; Department of Physics, Astronomy, and Geosciences; Towson University, Towson, MD. Dr. Moore's keynote talk is titled, "Road salt impacts: Stormwater, surface water, groundwater, ecosystems and drinking water supplies." Following the keynote presentation is a panel discussion moderated by Andy Erickson with Panelists Connie Fortin; Senior Project Manager, Bolton & Menk, Inc.; Jessica Wilson; CFM, Water Resources Manager; City of Edina, MN; Brooke Asleson; Chloride Program Administrator, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and Joel Moore (keynote speaker).
