    What a delightful addition to my recipe book yet again. First my fad was watching foof fusion videos but after the advent of Burpees by Shamsah all that has changed and I totally rely on the videos to make my day better with her amazing easy to cook recipes. This one's again a winner hands down.

      Yes even for sehri as it will keep us full and energetic the whole day and with yogurt on the side; we won’t feel thirsty as well. Low calorie yet full.
