100% agree! Every adult can make decisions for themselves to make their life happier, and that should be celebrated in my opinion. The fact that we are able to get safe and effective procedures is a blessing too. I see no negative energy to be had toward it!

It makes me feel like I’m not the only one that gets Botox and filler. Some of my girlfriends keep it such a secret and show up to a get together and you can tell they have had lip filler but they feel embarrassed to say anything about it. It shouldn’t be frowned upon!

That procedure is being less and less recommended. There's a cosmetic surgeon on TH-cam who talked about it around probably 7 months ago, or something? He said that he won't do it anymore, because there is nothing anatomically to keep it IN that area, so it basically always drifts quite quickly, and can cause issues if it drifts to the wrong place. Please consult with a few surgeons, if you decide to investigate it. Make sure they actually did their residency or SOMETHING in cosmetic surgery, not anything else. Depending on where you are, doctors who have had 0 training in cosmetic surgery can claim to be cosmetic surgeons, so you may specifically have to ASK.

I’m very tempted by the Sigma color corrector as you always talk about it! The Colourpop opal palette seems like a cute pastel option, but not one I feel like “I need it now!” about. So excited to see you discover all the drugstore makeup!
The Sigma duo mainly covered due to its high pigment. True color correcting is when you pull the color opposite on the color wheel to counter act your trouble spot. Removing irritated red spots with green, Dull yellow use a brightening lavender, vice versa dull lavender type purples with brightening yellow, dark blue/purple is best removed with orange to peach depending on your skintone. Often if your foundation & concealer have enough pigment in them. Color Correcting isn't necessary. I love your honesty on your procedure. Have a blessed day.

I am super super picky about the texture of lip products, and I’ve found that putting my most comfy lip oil/gloss (I like the Tower28 gloss for example.. it is very comfortable for me) underneath the more sticky gloss immediately makes it way more comfortable. I definitely do this with ColourPop glosses because they have some beautiful products, but typically a little stickier than I prefer. Not too bad though! 💕✨
Been watching your videos for like 3 years now and I remember hearing you talk about the NYX powder since video one( for me) basically. I thought wow she puts a lot of effort in her makeup, 2 face powders! and i recently tried that NYX powder and wow omg is every bit as good as you said it was.
oddly enough, the most pigmented matte white eyeshadow i seem to own is from the purple norvina palette. vol 5, i believe? the large plastic palettes, not the original ABH norvina. i was shocked at how pigmented it was.

I could not get either of those colored matte shades in that Shell Shocked palette to work. Maybe it’s my pinky cool toned skin but they disappeared completely. I had to use my lethal cosmetics after dark palette mattes. Also I have that Pixie Bronzing stick in the peachy shade and on me it’s a perfect like lightly sun kissed shade.
Love the way or turned out! Plus with the fit..yess! 🔥🔥😍I honestly think it was the primer why it creased. I really don't care for it but it has done that to me also with eyeshadow that had never creased on me before. The fact that there’s limited shades accessible for deeper skin tones in store is a major problem. If I can’t find my shade in store and have to wait 3-5 business days to get it the mail versus someone with a lighter complexion getting it instantly is very frustrating. All stores should offer ALL shades that are available
that is a very valid point! I almost never buy stuff in store because Id almost rather always wait a day or two and just order it from home. but yeah if you wanted something today it is very frustrating that they only carry two light ones and one medium :/

The US is the only Country that has Ulta Beauty so to anyone outside of the US it’s not an option Kicks is European so for Canadians the Drugstore is the only place to get “ affordable “ makeup Target didn’t do well in Canada because they lied and didn’t bring the Brands here that were prompt and the staff that came from the States was INCREDIBLY RUDE, they didn’t carry sizes past 12 in my City’s Store idk about others but was told “ size 12 is plus size if that’s not huge enough for you then do not ever come back to your Store because it’s not for people like me” I swear his exact words. I reported him to Head Quarters in the States and on their FB site and saw nothing but complaints from all over Canada all Stores but 3 closed in Canada and they didn’t hire full time staff in my City either they didn’t want to have to pay benefits so kept the full time staff to the Americans only which was all the Management positions definitely not a well liked Store or well Stocked in any way shelves were always bare in every department, so us Canadians never got to understand the hype of Target because the Stores are absolutely nothing like they are in the States our Walmart’s are very different as well but at least the shelves are full the staff is friendly but clothing is very different as well as beauty when it comes to Brands but at least anyone can shop there just the Brands aren’t as nice or as many options
Yeah if you cant see the true color in store youll just waste your money getting the wrong color. It matters to have a look at a color in person, pics dont always do it justice.
also price too! $50+ isn't always reasonable for everyone for foundation. Personally, I don't actually own any high end foundation because it's just not something I can justify within my budget. If I can go to Walmart and get foundation for $10-$15, everyone of all complexions absoloutely deserves that option as well.
I was at Ulta yesterday and the had a the smallest saddest UOMA display. The Say What foundation has 50+ shades and they had maybe 15 there. I love UOMA. Even REM had a full display !

I have tried that same nyx eye primer before and yeah, the eyeshadows crease on me every time I use it. It didn’t matter which eyeshadow brand I have used with it.
I need something to handle my dark under eyes. I'm very intrigued by the color corrector. Many concealers enhance creases under my eyes because they're too drying, but "hydrating formulas" don't cover. I'm 41, I don't need extra lines from my makeup. 🤣
I used the Rare Beauty bronzer stick on just a bare face like spot concealed but pretty much bare where the bronzer goes and it lasted all day on me in humid south Alabama weather and I was outside sweating the whole day and you know how creamy that stick. I couldn't believe it!!
I bought the Nyx eye primer a couple of weeks ago and have experienced creasing every single day since using it, and I don’t normally have a creasing problem. I’m not very happy with it at all.

Usually the reason why not ALL the shades are shown is a spacing issue. My shoppers Drug Mart is small, I am sure with all their surveys along with purchase tracking, they have deduced what skin tones live in the area. The rest of the selection is online. I am of the majority these brands sell to :white, somewhat light skinned and I can NEVER find my shade. My dad is British so lets add some olive undertones to a light shade eh guys?
I don't understand why people call 40 for women "mature skin"? In early 40s, the majority of women are still several years away from the average age of menopause. Most still have high degrees of the relevant hormones that enhance women's appearances between puberty and menopause. I am not at the menopausal stage, but if I were in or past it, I would be perturbed to hear 40s skin described as mature!

I bought the two skinny collab palettes from Colourpop, and the quality was really good-not just the white, but all the colors.

If I can go to Walmart and get foundation for $10-$15, everyone of all complexions absoloutely deserves that option as well.
I was at Ulta yesterday and the had a the smallest saddest UOMA display. The Say What foundation has 50+ shades and they had maybe 15 there. I love UOMA. Even REM had a full display !

I have tried that same nyx eye primer before and yeah, the eyeshadows crease on me every time I use it. It didn’t matter which eyeshadow brand I have used with it.
I need something to handle my dark under eyes. I'm very intrigued by the color corrector. Many concealers enhance creases under my eyes because they're too drying, but "hydrating formulas" don't cover. I'm 41, I don't need extra lines from my makeup. 🤣

I used the Rare Beauty bronzer stick on just a bare face like spot concealed but pretty much bare where the bronzer goes and it lasted all day on me in humid south Alabama weather and I was outside sweating the whole day and you know how creamy that stick. I couldn't believe it!!

I bought the Nyx eye primer a couple of weeks ago and have experienced creasing every single day since using it, and I don’t normally have a creasing problem. I’m not very happy with it at all.

I think it's the primer, I used that one with lethal cosmetics and got creasing really quickly.

Usually the reason why not ALL the shades are shown is a spacing issue. My shoppers Drug Mart is small, I am sure with all their surveys along with purchase tracking, they have deduced what skin tones live in the area. The rest of the selection is online. I am of the majority these brands sell to :white, somewhat light skinned and I can NEVER find my shade. My dad is British so lets add some olive undertones to a light shade eh guys?

I don't understand why people call 40 for women "mature skin"? In early 40s, the majority of women are still several years away from the average age of menopause. Most still have high degrees of the relevant hormones that enhance women's appearances between puberty and menopause. I am not at the menopausal stage, but if I were in or past it, I would be perturbed to hear 40s skin described as mature!

I've never had a problem with the nyx primer creasing and if I don't have a good primer my eyeshadow will crease like crazy. 🤔
