I love stegron. I got him day 1 when he dropped. My in game handle is "The Stegron King" I have his super rare variant with a Gold, rainbow crackle, and I even dropped 1000 tokens on the rainbow cosmic border. He is in almost every deck I play. All my time playing snap has been preparing me for this moment
I love seeing people 'main' a card in a way. It brings a freshness to a game genre where 90% of people just meta slave. I was the same with kingpin until they changed him... I want old kingpin back man.

WARNING : They are ALREADY Nerfing Scream! Stupid devs couldn't even wait a week before tweaking an okay card in a niche archetype! She will no longer affect unrevealed cards that are moved (Juggernaut does this with initiative). The justification is that "Kingpin doesn't do this" but he ABSOLUTELY does the animation just doesn't come out... Do they even play their own game anymore?
I love how a single card can create/revive an archetype, all those disliked cards now are popular, I do not have Scream but I hope that she does not get nerfed/changed. Your videos are great Cozy, here and on the second channel.
I think Scream’s meta-design is really cool and quite unique. She’s a card with insanely strong power potential far above that of nearly EVERY other 2-cost card in the game, but in order to get that potential, you have to run a package of cards with relatively weak effects, below-average power ceilings, and some incredibly high skill demand.
My biggest issues is that it doesn't feel good to not get your essential pieces, aka Scream and the other two. There's also the fact that none of the move cards other than Juggernaut move unrevealed cards so if your opponent just doesn't play anything on the first two turns then you're losing out on power and have to skip T3 usually. She's an amazing card holding the archetype on her shoulders, but SD could lighten the load a bit.
My thoughts exactly. I got Scream with Tokens and I love the idea but it to often feels bad just dropping a stegron turn 4 in a lane without cards cause the opponent waited or played them on the right and you don't have the core "three". But I am not sure how sd could lighten the load.
Power creep means the older. The cards are the more useless they become compared to the new ones they release. You basically have to get the new cards because the old cards are so weak they can't compete with the new ones.@@zrashad
I can see Scream getting slapped to a 2/3 and only steals 1 each move. Which will suck. But the playstyle can be pretty feels bad for the other guy. I don't know, I hope they leave her alone. The problem is she is Kingpin and Kraven in 1 card without the stipulation that the card needs to be moved to her lane. Then you add Kraven and Kingpin and the power swing gets really crazy. If they're conservative, they only drop her power to 1 or 0 and take the nerfs slow.
I have been loving Scream, I just came back to the game a little over a month ago so I replaced Canonball with Alioth to counter the annoying Hela and 6 cost cards that can be frustrating to deal with. Thanks for coming out with this video so fast Cozy your videos have helped me out a ton getting back into the game!
I completely don't mind seeing mirror matches I love watching how you take their own strategy and use that against them I feel like that's more enjoyable than just trying to execute the same strategy over and over. If you were just trying to get Ironheart, Wong, White Tiger, and Odin in the same lane all day I would still watch, but watching videos like this where you demonstrate just what the archetype can do, that's the kind of content I'm here for Cozy

Honestly I was gunna skip on scream just needed to get Owen Wilson. But after seeing this strategy, scream is really fun I finally get to use miles for once get to playing king pin and Spider-Man
I made a similar deck, but I took out some of the weaker cards and put in my own move synergies. Araña, Madame Web, Cloak and Vulture. Less reliant on stealing power, more capable of making my own. Missed Kraven somehow though, gotta add him.
I do like the combo Ghostspider/Iron fist and Green goblin. If you already have scream on the board and you move him it will easily reach -5 and if not you can just push him into kraven and buff him while you clog his board.

I've been trying a build that focuses more on reducing opponents power. (US Agent, Man Thing, Cassandra and Sable instead of Cannonball, Miles, Jeff & Kraven). I think pure move might be better but I do think there's a variant that can work.

Tech Cage or red guadian. It's direct counter of course but scream deck power is limited. However don't fall for Cozys enthusiasm. I have played hundreds of games this season and I met like three to four Scream decks.
@@HelloweenGR I don't own Red Guardian, and I would be willing to tech Luke, but that slot is already dedicated to Cosmo because Cosmo+Alioth is pretty much my only game plan against Hela. Cutting Cosmo means I pretty much lose to Hela every time, so... that stinks. That being said, I might not need to cut Cosmo if Scream isn't actually that popular.
A comment to make Cozy's day: i love Aero. She was so great when Galactus was running the Meta. Then she had to be put away. But as of today, thanks to Scream, i can now say i played a deck w/Aero to Infinite. 😁
My deck shares 9 cards here, but I remove Jeff, Miles Morales and Cannonball, and include White Widow, Storm and Alioth, for more of a lockdown style deck. It is VERY strong against all the bounce gamers right now and is a ton of fun! Just not against Hela 😅

This games rng seems wild. Like, I played this deck 73 times and drew scream in the first 2 turns once. That is not remotely random, lol. I also drew kingpin for turn 1 twice, which is not at all close to random. While keeping track, I drew magneto, aero, and stegron as my opening 3 a whopping 38 times. This games rng is not at all random

Scream is a great card in a pretty undeveloped archetype. There’s basically one deck possible with the cards available. Very fun card, I’d like to see more cards that benefit from the opponent moving. I’m positive she’s gonna get a nerf to save move decks. I’m guessing she’ll become a 3 cost, which is probably balanced given the effect.

You can still get another key this week! Make sure you upgrade all your grey bordered cards if you haven't already! But yeah sorry luck is doo doo sometimes.

@@Ęłïţə-_-rouge Luke cage only removes that negative power. It just makes her gain +2 then the +4 (counting the negative power). Shes still at minimum a 2/6 with easily being 2/8. Pretty much all 2 cost cards with more than 3 power has some sort of negative effect. Colleen technically falls under that too as her ability would be a negative effect in anything but Discard. Personally I have a flex tech spot for the meta. If I find I go against too many Luke Cages that lose me the game then I slot Enchantress. Otherwise I throw in Shang.

I think it really cool if you play Silk then Viper her to opponent, with Scream and Kingpin in play. Not really winning but funny.

Jeff for Scarlett Witch and Red Guardian for Juggernaut is how I ran it. Was running into locations and RG was a catch all who wins me games.

Personally I have a flex tech spot for the meta. If I find I go against too many Luke Cages that lose me the game then I slot Enchantress. Otherwise I throw in Shang.
