Interesting. I went with Scarlet Witch instead of Nico as I found locations were occasionally a problem, and Red Guardian instead of Juggernaut as I was running into other Screams or Luke Cage or other items and I found RG to be flexible.

It’s not a continuing effect, it’s a one-off buff that happens when you fill the location for the first time (which meant the only revealed card to benefit was Kingpin). I think that’s it, anyway.
I'm so sick of this game not giving me the new card of the week. I must have spent at least 15 keys over the last few weeks and not gotten any new card of the week and just kept getting dupes or variants
She is still mid, glad I opened her with only 1 key. The once per turn kinda wrecks her growth, maybe if they change her to only afflict 1 power and gain 1 power but can have as many ticks per round would be good.
I knew Lehigh was going to screw you from the comments, and with the set up I actually was expecting it to be Luke Cage, putting Chavez from -4 to +2 ruining your math by being effectively a +6 there, but it turns out there was another way for the opponent to get +6 there...
