Roblox actually confirmed a while ago they would never remove R6, how ever they have been trying hard to hide the option to make your avatar R6, they moved R6 option to the scaling tab in the avatar instead of it being mounted into your avatar preview. Pretty sinister I must say

To evolve the blocky figures/legacy avatars, they could make those “ugly faces” such as the woman face, look better, and add even more 3D clothes. To be honest 3D clothes look a lot more better. This is quite a complicated topic.
I will always be on the side of nostalgia and the good years in Roblox. That's why I will never use 3D clothing even if it's free, I will not be part of that evolution in Roblox, of which the creator does not force us to be a part, but I know that deep down he wants us to do so...

roblox actually made a "Avatars Do and Don'ts" were it banned all R6 and R15 avatars but it was shortly lived.
Even Roblox dont force us to using Rthro, i still feel that Rthro is the thing that dont make us feel freely at making avatar, it even not better than default bacon or mixed up avatar.

From this,my rough guess is that most players would move to Minecraft as roblox forcing players to rthro would bypass what we could do, removing shirts and removing R15 would decrease the number of creative styles, if this was to happen, it would be like some games where you must pick a character and unlock different characters, that’s why my rough guess people would move to minecraft as they can create games and make creative avatars too
