Prototype also took Catnap after you set him on fire. Catnap probably locked up Dogday though.

And lastly would be the rank-tabs on the uniform of the roblox avatar, they are black and white, Black and white colors were used by the SS in World war Two, NEVER by the Japanese. And in the case you are referring to the IJN (Who's officers used black uniforms in the winter), you would notice that their uniforms are a lot cleaner than the one shown on the femboy avatar, and their rank tabs are white and yellow.

The dog guy is Dogday. He gets controlled by plush Smiling Critters (the really tiny ones) somehow. He then chases you similarly to how Huggy chases you in Chapter 1. (Huggy's dead most likely, would probably not survive falling like that.)
There are two "somebody bad" instances in Chapter 3, Catnap--the boss of Chapter 3, also worships the main antagonist, the Prototype--the main antagonist who took Mommy Long Legs (chapter 2 antagonist) after she was ground up; *possibly* took Huggy after he fell. Prototype also took Catnap after you set him on fire.
Catnap probably locked up Dogday though.
