Everybody all assumed he would have a Tom Brady/Peyton Manning type move. But I think it’s turning out to be more of a Russell Wilson in Denver. Because they said before he went there and all off season they are a QB away…now he needs the sun,moon and DMT to win.

I’m not even a Mahomes fan but he has better playoff stats and has been playing for less time. TB12 is by far the most efficient QB because he played with guys for most of his career, that wouldn’t even make half the rosters of other teams.

Brett Favre had the exact same career arc, and ended his up with the Jets for a couple of seasons. He had his own off-the-field issues while in New York, and his team collapsed in December. It didn't affect his legacy hardly at all.
One season with the Jets and took the Vikings to the NFCC the next season.
Even if the Jets win on Monday night it doesn't mean anything, aside from them being in first place for the moment. Many teams win their first game after a coaching change, but then immediately slide downhill in the coming weeks. I need to see what happens in the next three weeks after that to know if it means anything.

Mike White averaged 266 yards per game with the Jets with a much, much worse offensive line -- even Vera-Tucker was out injured -- and a much lesser WR group. Rodgers has only passed for more than that on one game with the Jets with 3 new offensive linemen, including a future hall of famer and the 11th overall pick in this year's draft, and a much improved WR group.
When the Jets numbers with him through 5 games are exactly the same as with Zach Wilson Last year through 5 games, that says it all.
