The woman who gave birth to her had 12 pregnancies, only Diana survived ... and she abused the child and tried to drown it. One day this 3 year old child was found at a bus stop with a broken collarbone and taken to an orphanage. There she finally found love ... by Irina Ponik, a massage therapist who treated the children from the children's home. Diana came to a poor but loving family when she was 5 years old. Diana spoke badly, cried a lot and was still very scared, but she could all sing songs from cartoons. A doctor recommended singing lessons. And so, the singing teacher Elena Kazantseva discovered Diana's talent. And all started … Diana has something primal, mystical, but also sensitive and sensual in her voice and she lives her songs. Igor Krutoy, here as a juror, gave her a small apartment (37m²/398,26 ft²) in Moscow. There, in the small flat she lives with her mother and grandmother and was able to begin her vocal training with the best teachers. 2020 Diana graduated from high school with honors as an external student a year earlier than it is 'normal'. That alone shows how smart and hardworking she is. She applied to music colleges and was rejected (examiners suspected she had a voice defect). But she is totally normal and healthy. Now she is a student at the university, at the legendary Russian State Institute for Theater and Variety Arts. Diana is much more than just a singer. Her re-interpretations on covers create new songs which she then combines with a stage presence that is uniquely hers. Her original songs are just as impressive. It seems there will have to be a new language created for us to use when speaking about her. All the languages that people have used so far have been inadequate and they just mumble or say "WOW" and then struggle to say anything more because there are no words to describe what they have experienced.

Diana is much more than just a singer. Her re-interpretations on covers create new songs which she then combines with a stage presence that is uniquely hers. Her original songs are just as impressive. It seems there will have to be a new language created for us to use when speaking about her. All the languages that people have used so far have been inadequate and they just mumble or say "WOW" and then struggle to say anything more because there are no words to describe what they have experienced.
Yeah, dude, it's hard to describe what Diana is doing...and most importantly, she does not strive for originality, everything turns out by itself...by the way, she sang this composition in a minor key, unlike the original.😋
