Is there a rule of thumb for sizing the Dia of the liner? Like an 8” flue takes a 6” liner? I just notice that the liner is considerably smaller than the flue. Thanks
@@xijordyixxijordyix4392 it’s essential because when you put the liner down all the soot will be forced along with it and into your room at bottom as you or your assistant is pulling it down the chimney. A Horrible mess that can be avoided by cleaning the chimney first.

Not sure mate,but mine was 6 inch and that was a struggle to install so no way would i have fitted a 7 inch liner
