Having a carport is always wonderful. The kitchen is laid out to be functional. The sunroom is a great added space. The birds sound happy. Bedrooms are a doable size. The only complaint I have is the wall paper. It made the livingroom look old and dated. Painting the walls would give it a fresher appearance. I think the price is high for 2 bedrooms. Two bedrooms restricts you to a specific buyer.
The mature landscaping and being at the end of a cul-de-sac gives the place curb appeal. The back garden is also beautifully done. The rooms are large, but having the bedrooms and bath just inside the front door is not the best plan for everyone. Still, this place does present itself well. "Not too far" from the town center is subject to interpretation. A short stroll or an expedition?
If there’s not room for 2 sinks, the 1/2 lets you do things like fill the kettle when you are doing something like soaking stuff in the main sink. You’d be surprised how useful it is. I don’t have one, but next door does and when I look after their cat when they’re away I make enough use of it to want one.

What is the purpose of a 1 and 1/2 kitchen sinks? What on earth do you do with the 1/2? Please, someone, tell me. Why not just two sinks?
