I went through some really rough patches in my life. I started praying and trust God and everything , every anxiety, depression and worry just started disappearing. I am feeling fearless, I can do anything through Christ who strengthens me .

I have tension headaches as well and in my upper back. Trust in the Lord Jesus always. Give your life to God if you haven’t and remember he’s always with you in the storms. The storm is there to help us grow and trust God more. He will make a way when there is no way. I’ll keep you in my prayers.
