There are numerous psychological techniques that graphic designers use to get a message across, to persuade, and to gain a response within the audience. Psychology is at the very centre of graphic design, and if designers fail to understand this, their designs will ultimately fall flat.

Hi Tom, I am glad you bring up biophilia in your video. As a severe biophile, I feel an immense sense of joy and happiness when someone brings up this topic. You who lived abroad can possibly imagine it well, now that you are back in England. I hope you do a more extensive video about this topic again. Greetings from a Dutch climate refugee, living in his green bubble.
I think there is a certain connection to nature that as humans we must keep, or at least connect with from time to time. Living in an inner city or town for long periods does something psychologically, or that's how I feel anyway.
Master, how do you create thos wizarding transitions between your topics. Being a great graphic designer makes you a genius video editor?
I work with talented editors, and then add my own touch too. I've been editing self taught since 2017, so with time comes experience.
Hey Tom, is compulsory for a logo designer to master Adobe Photoshop, I use for mockups only but I feel I should learn more about it??
For a logo designer, Photoshop is one of the lesser important programs. All logos should be vectorised, so either Illustrator or Inkscape etc. Photoshop comes in handy when mocking up your logos for presentations, but you can use other software for that too

But I will also say this. Learn the principles, master the principles, learn design software, study marketing and psychology, and embrace ai. All of this will put you in a good position.

It's hard to explain but,
it's more about emotions that different cars evoke; And things like lack of an engine makes it feel more as a "vehicle" rather than a car.
I know it might be not easy to understand 😅
