Great review Heiko. Timeless makes some great razors. I have 4 Timeless razors and the .68 stainless on the way. They all give me a fantastic mild, efficient, smooth, and comfortable shave. At some point I may order the slim plate. I also have the brush with the same knot as yours in 24mm. When you review the aluminum razor, I think you will be surprised at the great shave you get. Also, as a retired Air Force veteran, you do not get a discount. They include a gift with your order. I have received as gifts Shannon soap, a Timeless towel, and hand soap. And as another viewer remarked the lather channels are wire cut not extruded. The aluminum razors are great for beginners, and you get just as good quality shave as the titanium razor at a great price. It looks similar but it is very different. The Timeless is much lighter and thinner. The material thickness and the whole design is much slimmer. The progress is adjustable which is missing with the timeless.
Hallo Heiko, Timeless hat absolut durchdachte und ausgearbeitete Produkte. Durch die Austauschbarkeit der Teile kann man ein günstiges Einstiegsmodell mit der Zeit Stück für Stück upgraden. Leider konnte ich mit meinem Timeless 0.45 Aluminum bisher nicht glücklich werden, der stumpfere Rasierwinkel dieses Modells passt einfach nicht zu meinem Gesicht und lässt etwas an Gründlichkeit vermissen. So frage ich mich nun, ob die neue Slim Basisplatte den Rasierwinkel in meinem Ti95 flacher gestalten würde. Bei so vielen milden und alltagsgeeigneten Rasierhobeln der letzten Zeit werden die Unterschiede immer feiner, aber gerade diese feinen Unterschiede sind interessant und ich würde mich über deine stets verlässliche Einschätzung sehr freuen. Es ist ziemlich interessant, wie der erste Eindruck von Person zu Person variiert. The Slim ist sehr gut. Vielleicht musst du doch in den sauren Apfel beißen und dir nich eine ande Platte kaufen. Gruß, Heiko
