Only one downside of the your videos... seeing the brief amazing snippets of the other sketchers' works but not knowing their names to be able to maybe find them later and follow them too! What a cool space for art. Thanks for sharing.
What a shame to see a historic building demolished. I hope the small businesses can successfully relocate. But also, what a wonderful community of urban sketchers!

You may have said and I missed it, but why is this building being demolished? It looks so functional and new(ish).
Because the land it's on is incredibly expensive. My guess is it's gonna be another condo or public housing.
