I'd like to add, that on Turbo models there is a power brake vacuum pump immediately to the left of the reservoir. This is easily removed as there is one hose, one electrical connector and two 10mm bolts. This particular hose is hard plastic and often cracks. So be careful. Mine was cracked before and I replaced it with a Silicon hose I purchased from a brewing hobby store 3/8" or 9mm ID. Silicon is high temp and advisable in the hot area near the turbo and exhaust. Thanks for the video.
No problem! More videos coming soon. Valve cover gaskets will be my next main video. Message me If you have any questions and thank you for your support!
Seems like every CS owner have these same issues, so glad theres vids up. Just replaced starter, pipes, manifold gasket, water pump, thermostat. But now still have new leak looks like from behind engine on passenger, leaking onto the exhaust burning the coolant into some light smoke n burnt smell. Was wondering when this leak happened did it have the same symptoms like falling on exhaust and burning smell? if not then my new leak gota be else where. Man what a headache.
Mztr.Dros Enterainment It might be that your valve cover gasket is leaking like mine. I replaced the driver side last weekend and took me about 6 hours to tackle and cracked every single coil pack loosening them. Also it's impossible to tighten 2 of the screws on the back side without pulling the motor so I did the best I or anyone really could I think.
antonio cortes jr good question! lol I guess I am not used to Porsche having its own specialty tools available in the rear hatch. Thank you for pointing it out and I will add it to my description. Be sure to follow me for new content I am working on. Thanks again for watching!

How much time does removing that pump add to the project? Getting ready to have mine done tomorrow
Honestly I just love this video so much I went and bought the same car.
Super easy to do with your example. Thanks.
The kid being there and probably trying to take the 10mm socket made this video very real for me.
Ill add your video to my Porsche Tech playlist where I've done a couple too including how to drain your bulkhead - without tools!
wo0www baklasan mode , good work keep it up men . thats the way it is :D
Nice job! I need to perform the same job on the same vehicle! Now I realize I need a 16mm socket! Thanks pal!

It is the second tube from the back connected to the tank.
e Bones is it a short tube? About 5-6inches? If so that is the drain tube and it connects to a hole straight down.
Good work man just keep it up and keep uploading!!!
Boosted Buckets Thanks! I will try my best!

Daniel Firsov I took off the tank previously to find where the leak was coming from before I bought a new one. Thanks for watching! 😀
