Advice From a native American shaman with dealing with Skinwalkers: There have been quite a few contributors to your channel who have traveled through or lived on ancestral Native American lands. Many have encountered entities that they assume are wendigo or skinwalkers. That making war with the land is harder than making peace. Set aside a place on the land to honor those who walked there before you, both native and those from other lands who may have walked there. Give that place respect and keep it reserved for them. And they will respect your homes. The beings of the wilds are more complicated, and often people consider something that scares them to be evil. The things encountered in the wild are of the wild, and they would not venture into human homes. When you venture into theirs, should you encounter them, think of them as a homeowner in whose cabin you ask to stay the night. You're the guest. Consider yourself a guest, and don't overstep your bounds. Many of the entities to be encountered in North America have their own ways, but the best way to encounter anyone or anything is with respect and courtesy.
While I completely agree with this, such entities also need to understand not every human, what appears human on the surface, or entity they find scary is a threat to them.
Honestly this may sound really dumb but that one story of the girl that kept on seeing the fox in her dreams and then seeing it's skinwalker form in the woods makes me feel as if it originally was intending on hunting her as it was originally aggressive in the dreams but seemed to calm down and accept her petting. I wonder if my it kept appearing in the dreams as being a sentient entity it liked the affection and possibly was seeking her attention and affection and that's why it kept stalking her in the woods but not in a hostile pursuing sort of way. I think in all my years of listening to these stories I have maybe heard one time of these things not being evil and it was one that tested a native man in the woods seeing of he would share a smoke after he was being terrified by something unseen but he noticed the inhuman eyes as the man left and thanked him for the smoke.

@@AGtipsy if you have a tolerance to opiates and opioids, it’s not going to kill you with a grain of sand sized piece or just by touching it like everybody thinks. If you’ve never done them before or don’t have a tolerance, then yeah it can kill you. I was a 1-2 gram a day fentanyl and heroin user for years before I got sober. I will admit, it’s a miracle that I’m still here. A lot of people better than me haven’t made it out alive. Good people that deserved a full life that will never get that chance. There are drugs like carfentanyl that are wayyyy stronger and that’s one of the things that’s killing even regular fentanyl users. But people seem to have a slightly miss-construed view of it because of how many people are dying and the media. Don’t get me wrong, it’s super deadly. But for an opiate addict, it’s not going to kill them if they’ve been using opiates / opioids for a while.

Hey Mortis I just wanted to give everyone here an update on how I’m doing, my youngest brother David’s funeral was Friday and for those that don’t know my youngest brother David passed away at the age of 26 last week because of an opioid overdose it has brought me more grief and sadness than anything else. I’m trying to keep it together for my wife, and our 2 children it’s hard. But I will be expecting to be happy this coming Thursday because that’s the day my wife will be giving birth to our twin daughters.
Listening to the first story I couldn't believe it. My dad got diagnosed with cancer when I was 19 and died 6 months later. The name of the girl I was trying to get over? Alicea. And I had also just started what became a big vodka habit. I even had land. A family farm. No goatman. But there was a popular campfire story about a goatman. Lol

On the topic of protection, if you want something that's gonna protect you or you child, anything other than gemstones will work. Otherwise don't be surprised the day they don't do anything when you need it most. Because gemstone do not have magical powers. They are pretty to look at, nothing else.
Idk about turquoise, sorry :/ witchy/spiritualist friends of mine never stop raving about rose quartz, amethyst, and hematite though! Especially the latter, which is told to absorb negativity (some places sell hematite rings and say that they break off when they’ve absorbed enough negativity but that sounds like an excuse for bad quality to me but what do I know lol) Honestly though, there’s a different stone for just about anything, those are just the top three I’ve heard the best about throughout my life.
