Canoe Photo Safari in Zambia's Lower Zambezi Nationalpark

This short video summarizes an over 4h long early morning Canoe trip on a channel of the mighty Zambezi River in Zambia. What a spectacular Photo- & Video Safari with amazing sightings and the possibility of shooting in very low angles, basically on eye level with Crocodiles, Hippos as well as many different kinds of Birds.
Videos have been shot with either SONY A7SIII + Sony 400 F2.8 GM or iPhone 13 Pro Max

Looks great but was it dangerous at a point? How close to the hippos were you? Cheers

Thank you, I felt safe all the time, but of course there is always some residual risk involved. We came close, but not too close, maybe 10-12meters on the the shallow side of the channel …. They prefer to stay where it is deeper and shady 👍🏻

Schönes Video was denke ich genau rüber bringt wie so eine Tour aussieht... Man bekommt Lust sich auch in ein Kanu zu setzten...

Tolles Video. Die ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre hast du toll rübergebracht. Wir wollten evtl. einen Mokoro Trip machen dieses Jahr… nach dem Video habe ich da noch mal mehr Lust drauf.
