I’ve been watching and studying this guy for at least 15 years.
He figures most of his opponents out after rd1 and barely takes any damage.
It’s a shame that glory and one doesn’t have that many views like the ufc ,they have some amazing fights,I mean I understand mma is more popular than Muay Thai or kickboxing but still
i have friends who watch the ufc and complain whenever theres any grappling, so i tell them to watch One championship as the muay thai with mma gloves fights are almost always amazing, an they wont watch it!? its weird, has to the have the ufc name apparently or noone cares. for the variety of fights from grappling to mma to muay thai in mma gloves to kickboxing, One is great.

@@Kirk690_0 it’s more unpredictable, even tho people dislike the grappling when it DOES happen I think the reason is that there IS a threat of one so it’s like a legitimate street fight not a fighting sport sorry if I didn’t explain well

@@PP-hu9wvIn Kickboxing? Good fighters, but never saw THEM at the K-1 Max, ONE, or Glory Tournaments against the International Killers. Defense and Handwork is a Mayweather staple, that Those Dudes don't measure up to. Great fighters, not super slick like Giorgio.
@@bronzetiger6360 well k-1 was almost dead for a long time, Glory is not everything and as about One, a lot of MT fighters tend to prefer fighting on thai stadiums. Keep in mind that Samart retired a long time ago, probably Lerdsila too. Just google their names and enjoy some videos, you gonna see why i don't agree with you

What an incredible million dollar fight Gabriel, I had Giorgio winning the first round, definetly was better, second round maybe Sana because of the high kick that affected Petrosyan a bit and the third round Petrosyan got the better overall an amazing fight non the less Gabriel, keep up the amazing work! 🎉
0:49 u can hear the pain in gabes voice lmao. All kickboxing fans were excited when one was putting on shows like these ~5 ish years ago. Goes from that to having their entire kickboxing roster on ice. Sad to see

Unrelated, but do you have any advice for neck pain opposite side to a high round kick? The left side of my neck hurts when i throw the orthodox power kick.

I love kickboxing, and am a fan of One FC, but despite having solid rosters of kickboxing fighters were are barely seeing the amount of fights you'd expect. I don't know if it is a reaction to K1 coming back on the scene, but they have really slipped in how many they are putting on. You could resonably run a couple of fights from the top 10 or so from a couple of weight classes each event such is the depth, but instead we see a lot of Muay Thai, and quite a few are Catchweights - so I wonder if money and paying people to travel versus using domestic Thai fighters is the issue.
I love Petrosyan, I wish he would would more on power shots with this hands, it's his one flaw that he doesn't have a lot of power in the hands. His kicks are great.

If glory and one had real money pushing out i think it would have more promising careers for kickboxers.
Its a reason why most kickboxers end up going the MMA route cause the money isnt in kickboxing like that.

This format would have been perfect for the ONE Friday Fight events they have. I know ONE lately has been focusing on the Muay Thai scene, but kickboxing is equally as exciting.
Unfortunately their kickboxing roster is dwindling due to lack of fight opportunities, opponents, and exposure.
Petrosyan was gifted decisions against multiple opponents and gifted draws against Buakaw and Pinsinchai that he clearly lost. He also lost to Petch and then cried about illegal clinching, when he was clinching as much or more than Petch was. He's a phenomenal fighter, but his record is padded.
Yeah I don't think you can pad that timing and accuracy buddy. You not agreeing with 3 or 5 decisions out of 100 fights is not a "padded record" in fighting sports lmao.
