Did your head unit require a direct connection to the Jeep parking brake wire in order to access settings and/or other features? If so, where did you find that wire and how did you route the head unit brake wire to get to the jeep parking brake wire?
I purchased the Crutchfield ready harness along with my Boss Audio head unit, and it made the installation super easy! It handled all the wiring details for me, so I could just plug into the factory harness and the Boss unit was up and running. Thank you for watching!
I have the same unit. Are your AM stations’ reception good? My FM stations are good but I can’t pickup any AM stations. When I push the scroll button it continuously seeks and never stops on any station unless I manually stop it.
I only receive 4 channels while scrolling, but more as I fine tune the channels. I also have a aftermarket antenna that may be helping my reception. Thank you for watching!
