I think in your scenario you underestimate that France will not leave his colonies easily, espacially algeria, espacially against an enemies who occupied southern France during ww2. In your timeline two coups take place in France to trying to prevent this redraw. I think in this timeline, they are two outcome, first France support local state(s) against Mussolinie or they try to hold on major costal cities.
