After spending the morning exploring Corvin Castle, we’re continuing our Transylvanian travels and heading to Sibiu. With just one evening in the city, we’re going to see as much of it as possible, including some fun surprises! We see some of the best things to do in Sibiu, including the bridge of lies, Piata Mare, the Clock tower, and a street race (which isn't usually there haha)

That cilinder style sweet bread is exactly as sweet (moderate) as it should be. Because if it would be sweeter, you couldn't it it all. Besides, the wallnuts powder of it diminishes the sweetness of sugar, because of a standard chemical reaction between wallnuts and sugar. To check this out, try preparing (and eating only half) macaroni/pasta with wallnuts powder and sugar, making it as sweet as you want. Eat only half and the rest put it in the refrigerator. Taste it next day. It will be not sweet at all anymore. Because of that chemical reaction.

I don’t know about the macaroni but the curtos kolac it’s best when it’s fresh and hot.
Actually the president of Romania was the mayor of Sibiu before. Sibiu have a german identity like the president of Romania which have german ethnicity. Nice video guy. You are so wonderful. Greetings from Romania.
Klaus Iohannis (Romanian president) have german ethnicity but unfortunately his mentality is 100% East Europe.
Sibiu is nice but Romania has much more beautiful cities.
