The sad part about a potential official omega is that Lego will 100% make him enormous or extremely disfigured if they attempt to make him "to-scale" but would still be oversized.
I think Omega could be a Polybag set instead of being a weird build in a set that wouldn't have had to include him. With a Polybag, you can have him and a target practice build too.

very nice build, the 76164 Hulkbuster kinda has the same proportions as omega, so i feel like someone could make an omega using the parts from that set and some extra ones.
Not gonna lie it looks awesome! Honestly makes me wish Lego would make more traditional Mario Lego sets. Sure the Mario sets has cool interactivity, but I meant actual Lego minifigs. I guess the closest to Mario minifigs are those bootlegs online on eBay or the Knex Mario figures which would've been collector's items by now. I could see Donkey Kong and Bowser work as BigFigs.

Alot of lego sets have brick build minifigs wouldnt be weird for me
This might be the best omega custom I've seen, others are either too large for minifigs or too slim and look like e-102 from sonic adventure
My main worry was going to be his scale to Shadow and Rouge, but you did an amazing job keeping him to the right scale

awesome build! only thing i would change is making the minigun arms a little longer and use black pieces for the minigun aswell.
