- Your Name (Kimi no Na wa.) is probably one of the most beautiful animation films I've ever watched. Every landscape scene in the film makes me want to take the time to look at and appreciate all the beautiful little details in it.
I chose to paint the Miyamizu Shrine scene because of the sun's glare and the peaceful ambience portrayed in the frame. The comet scene was heartbreaking to watch but I really can't get over how mesmerizing the scene looked so I decided to paint it too.
I hope you enjoyed watching the painting process, perhaps giving you a little inspiration to create as well!

hi, i don't think you'll see this, but i just want to thank you for putting this video out. I've been following you for a while and coincidentally everytime my life's falling apart, you upload something, and it instantly makes me feel better. i haven't been doing so well for the past few days but this video helped me with that. just something about the way you paint, the attention to details, the colour scheme, your approach to making a masterpiece is so intriguing and calming. thank you.

I do hyperrealism. And many times while putting in details I wonders why so many details need to be done. And then at the same time I also realize that the patience for putting in the details is what makes an artist an artist. And then it motivates me to continue producing “ART”

This woman! She always makes me want to paint cause she just gets right in there and gets it done, absolutely fearless, no sketching, no fuss.
There's nothing like doing a sketch for 45 minutes before you paint only to get too nervous to paint over it and then end up not painting at all when that's really all you wanted to do in the first place.
I think she is the only artist I've ever seen with a water-based paint that just goes right for it-like an oil painter! :p

How do you recommend washing your blankets???
If you’ve bought my woven blankets you should have received a care guide card along with the blanket too !
anyway, here are the ways to clean the blankets
- machine washable with cold water on gentle cycle
- tumble dry on delicate setting
- hand to dry/air dry is preferred
- avoid ironing
