The Big Bang Theory created by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady premiered on CBS on September 24, 2007, and concluded on May 16, 2019, having broadcast 279 episodes over 12 seasons.
The show originally centered on five characters living in Pasadena, California: Leonard Hofstadter (Johnny Galecki) and Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons), both physicists at Caltech, who share an apartment; Penny (Kaley Cuoco), a waitress and aspiring actress who lives across the hall; and Leonard and Sheldon's similarly geeky and socially awkward friends and co-workers, aerospace engineer Howard Wolowitz (Simon Helberg) and astrophysicist Raj Koothrappali (Kunal Nayyar). Over time, supporting characters were promoted to starring roles, including neuroscientist Amy Farrah Fowler (Mayim Bialik), microbiologist Bernadette Rostenkowski (Melissa Rauch), and comic book store owner Stuart Bloom (Kevin Sussman).
The show was filmed in front of a live audience and produced by Warner Bros. Television and Chuck Lorre Productions. It ultimately reached the no. 1 spot in its eleventh season. It was nominated for the Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series from 2011 to 2014 and won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series four times for Parsons. In total, it won seven Emmy Awards from 46 nominations. Parsons also won the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Television Comedy Series in 2011. In 2017, the series spawned a prequel series, Young Sheldon, based on Parsons' character Sheldon Cooper; it also airs on CBS. - บันเทิง

In a funny way, they are one of the best TV couples of all time. No toxicity or drama except that of two socially awkward people trying their hardest to make their relationship work and open up to each other. It's beautiful.
it does have its fair share of toxicity, but it feeds into the aforementioned social awkwardness and them not understanding social interactions

Two very fine Actors performing a well written, and emotional scene. All with aspects of things contained in a long relationship between Sheldon and Amy.

Legitimately Sheldon and Amy are really good together and they have genuinely good chemistry. Sheldon showed major growth from his original "I must only do science" self to "Amy, let's do science together" and including someone in his life

They missed the scene when Sheldon tells Amy he loves her. That was their first very special scene and ofcourse the valentine train journey where he first kisses her.

The episode, when Sheldon and Amy become intimate I thought the directing of the way the dialogue was performed was excellent. The hesitation in a line give it to you said everything without actually using any more words. Whoever directed this episode, didn’t excellent job.

Sheldon started out like a robot in season one. But Amy ended up bringing out emotions in him that he had never experienced before. I think there is no one else who could do that. Amy really is his soulmate.

Dave Gibbs was a real one
Even though there are many more Amy and Sheldon moments that I love, these are some of my most favorites. They were really my favorite couple in this show, maybe of all time. And although I loved getting to see both of them grow, not only as a couple, but as themselves, it’s Sheldon that has amazed me the most with his growth in this show, and going from caring about only himself, to caring for Amy and everyone else.

While I still enjoyed The Big Bang Theory, I felt it was becoming the Sheldon and Amy show from Season 9 onward.
It was always the sheldon show
It was just a Sheldon/Amy arc and would have moved on to someone else.
And that is what made me love it! The character growth was so enjoyable to watch! Better than all the sec talk from everyone else.
Niles and Daphne from Frasier will never compare or even come close to what Sheldon and Amy have. They truly are the best sitcom couple in history.
I love amy and sheldon together but I dislike the fact that the one who obviously hates the thought of having a partner (sheldon) ended up with a partner. And the one who is so desparate for love (raj) ended up alone. Sheldon was such a perfect candidate for an asexual aromantic anf they sorta ruined that.
The creators never wanted him to be tho. He met amy fairly early in the show and was never intended to be asexual. It’s also honestly pretty realistic- in real life the desperate romantic never gets the girl unless they’re hot and successful, but usually the neediness and high speed relationship drives people away. I’ve found that when you stop looking for love, it comes to you.
