I was happy alone and i didnt need anyone before he came in my life and in the beginning that we were together was also great but than i had mentally really bad year(2018) and now i feel like i need to be with him to be complete again.its weird because i was single my whole life and didnt need anyone and didnt want to be with anyone anf i thought i will live alone with my 10 cats and now like i need him 🤦♀️. TF problems.
Adter watching thousands of videos and reading a ton of stuff on quora, this video has sorta made me realise why I dont hv this feeling of not yearning or needing to be with him. And that it doesnt mean that I'm forgetting or falling out of love. It means that I hold unconditional love for him. Yet to love myself unconditionally though. I guess am moving out of fear based energy Thank you so much.

I miss my daughters and long to hold them when they visit their dad and I def love them unconditionally. I don’t expect nor want anything in return from them not even love. My love just is. I feel it’s ok and understandable to miss your TF at times.
Missing someone places a responsibility and expectation on that person to provide you with a sense of wholeness or completeness (which, of course, they cannot ever provide). Placing your own responsibilities and expectations into others is not love. Wanting something from someone else is not love. Love is giving...never wanting for anything. 💜

If shift into "meh" and have no expectations and preferences than what's the whole point of not interacting with them, when they are for example in 3rd party situation. Meh sounds like a brotherhood love, we can be their friends when we overcome the addiction and there is no need to wait as the 3D eventually shifts and brings phisical union, isn't it?
It's important to not interact so that you can make the necessary shifts to achieve "meh". Trying to manage the energy while interacting with your twin flame at first is very difficult because the energy feeds and is very sneaky. 💜

Then you say we are not meant to exactly be together?! Yeah I am sure it is me confused, maybe its soul shock but its been a year. Still talking but not about this.
