I owned a beautiful fully loaded 2020 High Country until it was stolen out of my driveway by key cloning thieves. Luckily I had a good insurance, and was able to upgrade to 2025 GMC 1500 Denali 3.0 diesel and many features my High country didn't have. I went to 7 dealers looking and trucks and everyone of them had vehicles stolen by key cloning. The local PD told me the only dealer that hasn't had vehicles stolen has a simple chain across their driveways. GM could do some simple things on their vehicles to stop this problem as I did. Like signal code blocker for one.
@@YTJoshuaMcDonald how come the “multi-flex tailgate” does not come on some high country models or other higher end Silverados automatically? The higher end sierras all automatically have the multi-flex tailgates not Silverados. Why?
I have the multi-flex tailgate on my 2024 Silverado LTZ and the window sticker shows an added charge of $260 for that option. Well worth the cost in my opinion and it’s functionality is a game changer.
The High Country should have High Country in bed of the truck instead of a Chevy bowtie. That is what the lower trims do.For a 25 model nothing has changed at at all since the 22 to be honest. I got the 22 model with only 1250 miles on it . I don't drive it much cause I have another vehicle I drive. I only drive my truck every so often and not far to be honest. Like I said it look like the previous models. I will wait until there's a noticeable change and the I will trade it for that. Whether it's a 26 or 27. And yes mine is paid off. It was paid off before I left the lot. I was going to get a GMC Sierra Ultimate at first.
LOVE this truck
It’s awesome!
Looks fly per usual. Great review with it being as long as an episode of Big Brother.
PS: Like the stache, Josh! 🤙🏽
Thank you!
Just picked almost the exact same truck except mine has the 6.2 v8 and the max towing package . Think in on love !
Great Review
what’s the last button under the screen used for?
Excellent job describing the details. Looks like Chevy removed the 2 tone HC grill coloring and the HC embossed symbol in the bed liner?
Correct! Minor changes this year
Does thi truck come with auto running board

My company gives us a budget and choice of which truck to pick. I think this is the one. Thanks!
That’s awesome!
Do these trucks typically come with a spare key?
They come with a spare from the factory
He said on a good day 😆
With shoes on as well 😎
Chevy advance design 2. same truck, 70 years later 😊
Pretty much!
Does it still come with the.... where did my husband go? feature?
He's in High Country somewhere
Guaranteed
Yeah I heard Grindr is standard on every model
Luv that truck
I’m not a Chevy guy anymore and won’t be. But this truck does look sharp. Impressive
i dont see no changes from my 24 high country.
It is basically the same truck
Is GM ever going to offer a panoramic moonroof or are they ok with being light years behind Ford, Ram, and Toyota?
Not at the moment, they will probably refresh it and offer it next year
They have to sell all the ones they contracted to buy from their supplier first.
In addition to no panoramic roof, it bothers me they don’t have proper hidden deployable side steps like Ford and Ram too.
I hate a panoramic roof
@@johnscates7916 you can get a Grand Cherokee with either a regular sunroof or panoramic. Who’s to say Chevy couldn’t offer both like that too?
I loved them. When they first came out. I'm not impressed
I love the exterior of this truck, it looks aggresive but the interior looks so dated compared to Ford and Dodge
It is a good looking truck, but hopefully they will refresh the inside next year!
That new RAM Tungsten is fire! But its $100k!
@@WesPhlyAnd with a 100k you get an engine and transmission that works with Ram 😅😊
Ford has the most outdated interior of all the manufacturers. The Chevy interior looks new and modern.
@cwill8554 lol....stop it
No multi-flex tailgate like the Denali
You can get it an as option
@@YTJoshuaMcDonald how come the “multi-flex tailgate” does not come on some high country models or other higher end Silverados automatically? The higher end sierras all automatically have the multi-flex tailgates not Silverados. Why?
They would rather charge you for the tailgate, than include it. It just comes down to profit

Regálamela ❤😊
the only changed from the 2024 is a different back seat
Instead of making the silverado e v chevy should updated the interior on this one

Looks like a 2024.
Nothing has really changed, hopefully thru do a refresh next year
2 door 8' box
The TUNGSTEN and TUNDRA blow this thing out of the water.
That tungsten is very nice!
ok 😂
😂😂😂😂
Nothing looks as nice as this ,but that's only my opinion!
Try to get a new V8 Tundra
Thumbs down for no road test
2025 and it doesn't have the multifunction gate, what a disappointment
It’s an option unfortunately, the way GM packages these things out is very odd
@@YTJoshuaMcDonaldnot too odd. Not everyone wants the multi-function gate. I’ve had High Country’s both ways ….
Some people want electronic up and down and don’t need multiflex
The pricing on trucks lately makes them almost impossible to afford. Getting greedy and out of control.
