@@OmrYsnn all characters benefits from DR, Eva scales better for characters which has native Eva buffs (stroker, mistyc, Kahn, ninja)
Characters like zerker, warrior, guardian and Q block characters scales good with DR.
Overall DR is safe build progression.
If you are not psyco meta player you can play anything even maehwa
