Also wouldn't it be better since you have j tech arts to chain backhand smash with another pa like flicker jab or is backhand smash spam when boss is down better overall?

Kinda easy to do this sort of thing now but you need decent affixes like 100+ ATK or so with enough PP for BHS You also should get comfortable with when using LB Unit set could be Saiki since that is a pretty simple unit set to get from the market and crafting it for PP will give you crazy amount of it Sadly there is so little good PA besides BHS or SC-0 in current PSO2 so it may seem meh
unit must saiki set ? right now im use kaiser but in short time i want change that and some player order me to use ideal set, what should i do ? buy saiki set or ideal set ?

Kaiser or ideal is good if you got a 12* to be the leg for kaiser set or arm for ideal set
I only suggest Saiki cuz easier to get
