If QRMP scheme, at the time of making payment by 25th of succeeding month, is under the fixed sum method,we had no liability to pay the tax amount with cash(like all tax amounts were adjusted with ITC in the previous quarter or Last month of immediately preceding quarter). Then what would we take like the law mentioned 35% of the tax paid in the return for the preceding quarter and tax liability paid in cash in the return of the last month of the immediately preceding quarter.
