Love this method! Thank you
Question: what kind of glue are you using?
Thank you Deborah. I use Crafters Choice tacky glue that I get at Spotlight. X
Love this idea, definitely going to make this! TFS! New subbie from Canada!
Thank you so much and welcome. So glad I could inspire you. Have fun making them. Xx
Adorable! What type of glue do you use for paper and fabric? Thanks
Sorry Janine, I am not getting notified of comments so have just seen yours. I use a clear glue that I get from Spotlight. I have recently started using Art Glitter Glue too which is becoming a firm favourite. How this helps. xx
@@PaperInspirationsAU No worries. I realize this was on was an older video. Yes, very helpful. Thank you! I ended up making some with just paper. They turned out cute, though not as cute as yours. ;)
Love these. I'm going to give it a try. May I ask where your postmark stamp is from. I can't seem to find one anywhere. Thanks!!
Laurie, thank you so much. I’m not 100% sure but I think mine came off a My minds Eye set of stamps I purchased years ago. Sorry I can’t give you more information. Xx
Great tutorial! I need to try these. Laurie Whitmire, I know this video is almost a year old, but I wanted to let you know that the stamp set is from the Stampendous Andy Skinner Shabby Chic set. I tried to find a link for it but it seems to be discontinued. Sorry.
Like this but wish the camera was closer up
Thank you Michele. x
You said u had tons of fabric would there be anything different if we used fabric ? Could we still use glue ?
You can use fabric or cardstock/paper. I’ve made them using all of these and I still use the same glue on all. Hope that helps. Xx
What are those scissors you used to cut the fabric in the scalloped edge called?
pinking shears I guess
Hello Kimberly. Yes, they are Pinking Shears. You should be able to purchase them from a good haberdashery store or fabric store. x
Mes si ont pas des ciseaux quanter comment ont fait c'est tres jolie et facile a faire mercies beaucoup
Merci beaucoup. Xx
Very nice indeed, but I do not understand why you stamp them before you put them on material? All postage marks do not stop on the White edge.
Yes I agree Hanne. These are the first lot I made and I now stamp them once I have glued the paper onto the fabric. x
Where do u even get a stamp shaped postage stamp?? It sends me everywhere???
I will see if I can find one for you and add a link. Do you mean the postage mark stamp? Mine was in a set but I can't remember which one.. I know Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous have postage themed stamps. x
Great idea!
Thank you Patti. x
Tried making a few and getting material straight and the paper inside...has me a bit muffed, you made it look so easy😋
Patti, maybe cut your paper to size first and then lay it on your fabric to cut. That may make it a bit easier? X
