I love this truck fad. Back in 1980 we had a rust free 68 Ford F100 short box. We took the complete drive train out of a 70 Torino GT 429 super cobra jet 4 speed nine-inch nodular case 4.10 posi gears. It has stock rims and beauty rings with the rear rims widened 3 in" with Pro track sticky tires. However, we gave it a real nice paint job "Hate patina" It was an awesome sleeper screamer. It shocked many a muscle car drivers and corvette owners. Still have it have to take it out of storage one day and get her up and running.
Awesome builds, all are awesome, love these shop tours, owner of a few 2V's, love the 2V, 3V, 4V, Coyotes even, old school pushrod motors, plus the Godzilla 7.3 as well.
I understand, you're the man I need to see & talk to. Was just referred to you yesterday that if, I needed any mods work done, take it to you. I'm in Plymouth, 46563 zip, and you worked on a Mustang for a guy here, a yellow one and he said to take mine to you to get any work done on it. Be callin' ya soon. Thanks for your videos. As an added not: I was watching one of your vids when he called from the shop (they're fixing a clicking noise caused by a heater valve or, something in my GT) and that's when I was told to take it you. He didn't even know I was watching your video when he told me. Must have been a godsend. 😇
Love it! Also appreciate your continued 3v support. May I ask a question brent? I have a 2007 Saleen, 39lb inj, jlt intake, 3.6 pulley. 2 tunes one from you and one from JDM. Both run awesome. If I was to add a boost a pump for added safety and peace of mind I like revving to 6800 lol do I need a tune revision or will it just add the needed fuel if need be? Thank you so much Brent and will continue to support ya in the future in all my mustang endeavors.
That may be a better question for somebody that did it themselves. Watch some youtube install video's to see what you think. We do not make install video's but I know there are some on youtube and google. Just remember if you time the engine wrong you have big problems. Many people have done it themselves but typically they are pretty good mechanics.
So I grew up with tons of fox body cars, then new edge, but when the 3V came out in late 2004 it was such a cool change. I had a lot of fun with those cars back in the day. That is one of the reasons I love them (memories). Are they the best foundation to build? No... money wise Coyote engines are the best in my opinion for a fast HIGH HORSEPOWER street car and I have owned a lot of them. I just like 3V cars more for what they did for the aftermarket industry because it was such a good car to mod and so many companies got into making Ford aftermarket parts because of them. I still like the look and sound of them as well.
That super snake looks suspiciously like my not ordinary 2006 GT 3v with the styling cues and slight jacked up rear due to a firm connection. I live where all the Detroit engineers live. Not impossible. That car is way nicer though 😢
Brenspeed is simply the best speed shop around. The extensive work they did on my 2016 GT350 was just awesome.

KB pump does not require a tune. Only if you go to a smaller pulley. Thanks for watching!

They are not available, that has been on the car for a while.
