read the forbidden book Magnetic Aura on Borlest, and you'll see the secrets they're keeping from us.
Thank goodness I’m not a seasonal reader because it’s not autumn in Australia and there are so many good “fall” books!
Spellshop is pretty good. The non-toxic relationship she develops with her neighbor is very sweet. And the townspeople are cool too.
The Lost Story was a 6 star, favorite of all time read for me!!! I hope you enjoy it! It's both cozy and deeply meaningful. Just gorgeous!
Finished A Sorceress Comes to Call and really liked it. It was my first T Kingfisher book and enjoyed her writing style and how immersive the story is. It is both character and plot driven, which I appreciated.
oh i am SO sat for this
I am sorry to be the one to tell you this, but empire of exiles is atleast a trilogy 🙂
Relics of Ruin is not the final book in the series! I think it is going to be a trilogy. But yes, it is so good! I love Erin's writing, and I read it when it first came out.
I of course have preorders that have come out throughout the year, but I haven't done a huge book haul in a while, because I am trying to read all the books I currently own. And I am *so* close to finishing all my physical books (6 more to go!), and then 35 books on my Kindle I haven't read yet.
Monstrous nights, which is the sequel to foul days does in fact come out on 22 October here in North America
I LOVED The Cautious Traveller's Guide to the Wastelands!
I'm really excited to read that soon! It's on my fall TBR for sure 🍂
@@emmakgill hope you enjoy it! 😄
DOOOODDDDD. THIS BOOK is like a wanna be story of the dark tower book 3. CALLED THE WASTELANDS. train over an area with monsters......mm
@@tonischields3558 I've never read any Dark Tower books and likely won't. have you read The Cautious Traveller's Guide to the Wastelands or are you going off the synopsis?
@@tonischields3558 btw the monster itself isn't really a big part of the book.. very minor in TCTGttW
The Spellshop sounds SO cute!!
I also picked up The Spellshop recently and can’t wait to read it! The Cautious Traveler’s Guide to the Wastelands sounds so good 😊
Hii from Nigeria! I have been a fan since 2015❤❤ i wish you the very best!
The Cautious Traveller's Guide to the Wastelands sounds like so much fun!
Picking up Vilest Things in a few weeks when Chloe Gong comes to Bookpeople. So excited!
I read The Spellshop in one day!! Can’t wait to hear your thoughts
The Spell Shop was great!
moonbound was fun to read! I'll have to reread it one day. it glows in the dark too
I finally tried The Expanse series based on your rec & it is so crazy good! Nearing the end of Leviathan Wakes and it's just everything good... the characters, the action, the writing! Also picked up Ilona Andrews on your rec and really enjoying their books too. Thanks for the great recs!
I loved the spellshop. I am now reading The Ornithologist’s Guide to Birds and it is wonderful!
The lost story you will absolutely love. Im excited for you to read it
the book that changed everything for me was Magnetic Aura from Borlest
oooh so many recommendations for this months tbr!!❤
Those two Book of the Month selections definitely were not on my radar. Thanks for bringing them to my attention!
Can’t wait for a new Stevie Bell book from Johnson. Love them on audio.
that’s a lot of interesting books! thank you for sharing!
i had to pause a few times to add to my wishlist 😁
i hope you enjoy lost story more than me. started off intriguing but turned out to be not for me. at all. 🤷🏼♀️
have a lovely day + happy reading!💜
I loved A Song to Drown Rivers, and im looking forward to Vilest Things
Currently reading I Was A Teenage Slasher and really enjoying it! It's pretty different from other horror books I've read and reads pretty campy! Would advise looking into some trigger warnings it can be a bit descriptive in the slasher aspect
Mercy of Gods is inspired by/a retelling of Daniel in the Hebrew Bible! :)
Moonbound was so strange. I liked it. I love Robin Sloan.
Spellshop, Tainted Cup, The Lost Story Teller, and Magical Bakery Mysteries series on my Fall TBR
We need a refresh bookshelves tour. It’s hard to see the background books and I’d love to see what’s on your shelf … that sounded better in my head 😝
Jeez ask and you shall receive. TH-cam analog just hit me up with your tour last year. 😅
As a Bulgarian, I am so happy to see representation with Foul Days. Have not read it yet but I am really interested to see what you think of it, Regan!
Don't forget to read Memory's Legion. It's a compilation of the novellas/short fiction in the Expanse world. But it has a novella that is sort of like an epilogue to the series in it. I think it was called The Sins of Our Fathers.
It’s a spider plant, not a spider.😂
Hmm, i like the spellshop.
How fun
I got the ARC for A Song to Drown Rivers a few months ago and I absolutely loved it. I think your really going to enjoy it.
So many of these sound really good, I will await your review 😊
i actually got immortal longings and a bunch of other books from my local value village a month or so ago, im glad i got it. and today i got 3 more. caraval in hardcover was there but i didnt buy it bc i already have it. but i did get fate inked in blood which blue sprayed edges, powerless (which i wasnt sure if i had it and apparently i already do oops) and serpents of wings or ruin (which i also have the paperback of but might keep the hardcover and sell the paperback or vise versa) the other 2 books are also hardcover! rn im re reading uglies ebook before movie comes out next week on netflix
❤️📚
Are you interested in reading the Expanse short stories that are all collated in Memory’s Legion? I’ve read a few before reading the 8th book and Auberon actually has a little tidbit of information that increased my enjoyment of the main series. Thought I’d recommend if you haven’t! 😁
I still need to read immortal longings! I have a copy of vilest things!
Right now I’m trying to finish up my last book from august and work on some other stuff . Trying to get some more horror and Star Wars content on my channel
I feel like you would like the manga series read or die. There’s a couple different series of it, but I think you’d like it. I didn’t, but I feel like you’ll fit your style.
Hester does sound so interesting :o
Fun fact: I live very close (like 10 minutes) to the house used in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre film. I hear the family doesn't appreciate all the people going by to look. 😂
I thought "a song to drown rivers" hasn't been published yet?
It hasn't
guys just read ebook magnetic aura from borlest and you'll never need to watch these videos again
Idk if you know about this but there’s currently a social media advertising blackout for St. Martin’s press (first book)
I read Foul Days. I enjoyed it, but Novik it is not.
Hi. I always see your videos. So pretty books you have. Can you tell me why do you love to read books so much? 😊
there's a banned book called Magnetic Aura from Borlest that talks about powerful methods to increase attraction, it's the real deal
I wish BOTM was available in the UK 🥲
Me too 😢
