I bet this would be a beautiful stitch in gradient colorways.
It should be gorgeous! You should definitely give it a try with a gradient yarn and see how it turns out. 😊
LOVE this pattern but I am having trouble seeing row 2 are you skipping 1 st or 2 between the HDC-FPDC sets? Thank you so much!
Glad you love it! 🥰 Thank you so much! 🙏 ❤️ 😍 Just 1.
For us beginners, please include the name and weight of the yarn you are using. Thank you.
I would love to have this information as well but please.
This is "Schachenmayr". 😊
The hook size is on wrapper of wool you are using
@@massivecrochet which kind? They have fine, extra fine, worsted weight….in the USA we go by a number 5 is bulky, 4 is worsted weight, 3 is Dk weight and so on. Love this pattern! You are very talented 💕
It looks to be #4 worsted weight

Beautiful, and easier than some others! But i need a stitch which does not have such big holes….please?
I'm really happy to hear that, thanks a lot! 🥰 🙏 ❤️ I've designed over 400 crochet patterns, so I'm sure you'll be able to find one that you love on my channel. 😊
I just to know the size of your Yarn in "mm" please ????
Hi. Brand new crocheter here. Do you have any videos that show how to finish it off? I’ve browsed a few of your videos, but it looks like you get a few rows done and then show the finished sample. I appreciate your help and I’m looking forward to following along with your videos. I just need to know how to finish. 😊 Thank you.
Hi! 🙋🏻♀️ Yeah, you're right, I usually complete the rows and show the finished pattern. I have shown how to finish it off in some video, but honestly, I can't remember which one anymore... 😅 However, I show it in the video I made about the perfect circle, even though it's a circular knitting, the closing procedure is the same: 👉 th-cam.com/video/wENzhMHl8LM/w-d-xo.html. Hope this helps! 😊
@@massivecrochet Ok, I’ll check it out. I’m just learning and I think your videos are done so well. You don’t go too quickly and you point out which stitches you’re going to work through. No words needed. Thanks for answering my question. 🙂
@@marypennucci7578 Thanks a lot! 🙏 ❤ 🥰 I'm truly thrilled to hear you enjoy my videos and find them helpful as you learn crochet. You’re welcome! 😊 Happy crocheting! 🌸 🙋🏻♀
Can I ask if this pattern has a name please? I like to keep a list of stitches I've learnt and a link to find them online. Have already tried this stitch, can do it and love it.
Sorry, I just came up with this pattern, but I haven't given it a name. 🤷🏻♀️ Glad you love it, thanks a lot! 🥰 🙏 ❤️

@@maryfurniss7371 So glad to hear! ❤ Thank you so much! 🙏 ❤ 😊
Do you have a video clip showing what the end of the furst SC row looks like?
Sure, I'll show it in the video. 😊
When starting your odd number of chains do you include in your odd number count the initial chain that you tied?
Yes, dear. 😊
❤❤
🥰 🙏 ❤️
I wish I could hold my yarn and hook the way you do! It looks so effortless. Unfortunately, I think I have held it the way I learned for too long. I tried to hold it your way but just can't. Do you have any videos for new crocheters showing how to hold the yarn? Maybe I could start over. 😀
Unfortunately, I don't have any videos showing how to hold the yarn, I believe there isn't one way that's better than the other, everyone has their own. I think you don't need to change, it's all about finding what works best for you, so don't worry if you can't hold the yarn and hook the same way I do, even because it can be tough to change something you've been doing a certain way for a long time. The important thing is that you've found your own comfortable way to crochet. 😊 👍
What is the name of this stitch, love it! Thank you!
Glad you love it! 😍 Thank you so much! 🙏 ❤️ 🥰 I came up with this stitch, but I haven't given it a name yet. 🤷🏻♀️
Hermosa puntada, alguien podría decirme si para esa puntada son pares o nones, espero que me puedan decir mil gracias
You'll find it in the video tutorial. 😊
I couldn't tell if you are counting the ch1 on the flsc row as a stitch. Did you go into the 1st or 2nd stitch for your 1st sc?
No, ch1 doesn't count as a stitch and I you need to work the 1st sc in the 1st stitch.
Please could you tell me how many stitches for a pram blanket. Thanks.
It depends on the yarn you're using, the hook size and your personal tension. Start with the foundation chain until you'll reach the size you want, respecting the multiples that this pattern requests. 😊
Please how many gr of yarn did you use to make a baby blanket? thanks
It depends on how long you want to make it and the yarn you're using. 😊
I do have a subscription, but I can’t find this beautiful pattern on your website. Can someone help me please. Thank you
Thank you for your recent purchase of our Premium Membership! 😊 It will be available very soon. Stay tuned! Thank you so much. 🙏 🙋🏻♀️

How many stitches do u need for baby blanketpls
It depends on the yarn you're using, the hook size and your personal tension. Start with the foundation chain until you'll reach the size you want, respecting the multiples that this pattern requests. 😊
What yarn are you using?
This yarn is "Schachenmayr". 😊
Is there a free written pattern for this?
On row 3 looks like you go through fron and then on row 5 looks like you go through back . Is this correct?
No, it's always through front. 😊
This stitch is absolutely beautiful and I desperately want to use it but I need spoken instructions in order to follow along. Can you either tell me what this stitch is called so I can try to find a different video that will talk me through how to do it and/or post a video that actually does talk through it?
Go on the website
I'm sorry, but I invented the pattern, so I have no idea what the stitch is called. Anyway, I'm sure that if you watch the video carefully, without rushing, you won't have any problems following it, even without the audio. I show every single step, with instructions of the stitches used in the video, at the top left. 😊 Anyway, if you need further assistance, you can find the crochet chart and written pattern on massivecrochet.com. 😊
The download is locked do we need to subscribe to this first?
M
What is the name of this stitch?
I don't know, I came up with this pattern, but I haven't given it a name.
What stitch is this please?
I don't know, I just came up with this pattern, but I haven't given it a name.
Single crochet
Is anyone’s work slanting at an angle?
You might need to up one size hook, tension too tight.😅
I nade to tok
This is commonly called the piggyback stitch.
I took a look on the internet and the piggyback stitch is completely different. If you follow the tutorial, you'll notice the difference. 😉
@@massivecrochet I see what you mean. I didn't realize the term had been used for many different stitches. I learned it just like the demonstration. A row of single crochet alternating with a row of hdc with a second hdc worked around the previous hdc skip a stitch etc.
This pattern don't line up right at the end of each row it gets smaller
There must be something you're doing wrong, because it works fine for me and other users. You may have accidentally skipped a step, or you may have done the beginning or end of the rows incorrectly. If you follow the tutorial carefully and take your time, you will be able to do it exactly as I show it, getting a perfect and linear pattern.
Make sure you’re not skipping any stitches and the beginning and end of a row in the demonstration is the most important to pay attention to, that’s how I learned to keep edges straight.
This is a beautiful pattern for a scarf I made for a guy.
She probably use 5 weight
This isnt so easy for beginners without seeing the pattern but it costs
This pattern is really easy, I recommend everyone to try it, including beginners. Just follow the tutorial carefully, and anyone will be able to do it without any problems. The cost of the written pattern is negligible: at $7 per month (with annual payment), you can download hundreds of patterns. In comparison, most websites only allow you to purchase 1 or 2 patterns for the same price.
Music is Far Too Loud!
Why don’t you talk it through with us !!!!
I prefer to let the visuals do the talking in my tutorials. 😊
I absolutely love this. It’s so pretty.
Glad you love it, thanks a lot! 🙏 ❤️ 🥰
