Hey just wanted to let you know that this is awesome and real good lookin! Also I am trying to figure out if I can basically save this as a custom canvas, so that it’s all set up when I want to use it, rather than having to repeat these steps every time. Do you have any ideas about this or have tried it yourself? Thank you!
Do you know if it's saved in your photo library or your iCloud drive? Can you see it and it won't let you select it or you can't find the texture at all?
Make sure you're not trying to paint on the mask channel. You can also try creating a layer above the texture layers and see if that works. You may need to adjust the opacity.
Hi. I"m finding that since the update the invert layer's been acting buggy. I've put in a request to Procreate regarding this. Make sure your layer isn't locked or set to Alpha Lock. Another option is to re-import the texture file into a new layer and see if that works. See the comment by Mad Midnight. He opened the texture file directly to get it to work.
I think there's probably a lot of free paper textures out there you can try or you can hit up a place like Creative Market or Design Cuts for some premium ones. Photographing's a good option if you can get a nice even light that can still show the grain.

How can I make black ink with texture, I don’t want blue :(
Select the layer with the blue, then go to Adjustment Icon, select Hue Saturation... and reduce the Saturation all the way to the left.

Yes, once you create the layers, and everything's how you want, close the file. When you want to use it, just duplicate it and it's good to go.
I wish I could do this with krita
Does Krita Have curves? If it does, I think you can pull it off.
My procreate doesn't even allow me to pick the paper and I don't know why

But the colors are so off when doing this. Black becomes blue, white is not showing up at all. It’s very hard to get any color right really.
You can adjust the hue saturation and desaturate the textures. That solves the color issue.

every colour works on this paper except when using white, it comes out almost transparent :( any tips??

I’ve been trying to do that with diff photos of paper or even importing it as a file on its own. Still won’t work :\
It sometimes works and sometimes not. It’s not fixed yet.
