Pakistani cuisine Singhaporean Rice Platter Recipe by Foodie Girl Tayeba

Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 cup Boiled rice
For noodles:
1 & 1/2 bowl noodles boiled
1 cup Cabbage
1 cup Carrots
1 cup Capsicum
2-4 Green chillies
1 tbsp Garlic/Ginger paste
4 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp green sauce
2 tbsp Soy & Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Thai chilli or Chipotle sauce
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
For Chicken gravy:
400gms Chicken boneless
3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic/Ginger paste
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 Salt
1/2 Paprika
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Chilli sauce
1/2 cup Tomato ketchup
3 tbsp Water
For sauce:
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Mustard sauce
1 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1/4 cup Ketchup

Mena banaya tha jis me noodles ko mena black pepper powder or chicken powder yeh 2 spices dal ka sauces ka sth banaya tha woh bohattt maza ka bana thaa.
Ot sada chawal me bhi mena yji 2 spices daal un ko bhi taste dia tha .
Khali sada chawal ka taste itna acha nhi ata.
