Love that quote! I've been setting 30 min timers on the elexa aswell when somthing that I don't really want to do needs doing. I think because you know you have a timer on it gives you the push to do it ❤
Kids laundry hack, I got my girls to turn their clothes back the right way after taking them off, saves you a step and taught them to take care of their clothes. I started them from 5 years old.
Ive started doing this with my 3 year old twins😂 only if I’m micromanaging they do it but sometimes I tell them put your clothes in the hamper and they forget. I’m going to have to check their clothes before I send them to the hamper now lol
Happy Birthday to Rowan! When my daughter in law got pregnant (baby is 3 months now), I had heard Canada has a 12 month paid maternity leave and I was so envious! She has 12 weeks (teacher) and goes back on Dec 2nd. She had to use all of her sick time 😢
Ahh I love your nails! I honestly love your eclectic cleaning videos, they feel so natural and realistic if that makes sense. They’re in some ways even more inspiring than the themed videos, although I love those ones as well. I’m feeling so motivated to get stuff done today and this upcoming week. Fall is my favorite season, so I really want to return to my routines to make the most of it. I’m looking forward to the next video as always! ♥️

It's a great feeling to live with less & have a well-organized home after all the hard work. I literally have made 4-5 passes in each area before I got to this point & oh, moved once. LOL! Keep up the good work. You're doing a wonderful job.
17:11 You should try folding it right away instead of separating first. if It’s already in your hand fold it, after its folding you can put it in its according pile. That’s way your all done and just have to put it away when you get to your girls room. Separating and then folding takes me so long too! Hope this helps
Thanks for the great video Aleah lots of motivation! Hope Rowan had an amazing birthday .I use scrubbing bubbles for just about everything in my bathroom . I use a Clorox toilet bowl cleaner for inside the bowl. 🍁

Hi Aleah. I’m blessed to have a cleaning person come every two weeks but there’s still picking up, laundry & dishes. Whenever I’m not feeling well or down in the dumps, I play a game with myself. I say to myself “All you have to do is pickup 10 items OR load 10 things into the dishwasher “. I then take care of the 10 things and go back & sit down to rest. Wait awhile and go do another 10 things. Sometimes, after I do the 10 things, I keep on going for a while until I wear out. This is almost the same as your 60 second rule. By the way, your nails look fabulous, dahling❤️🎃🕷️
I was just thinking that if all the shoes are going on the left side of the cupboard, it might be best to move the shoe rack to that side. The young kids might be a bit scared to go into the dark corner to put shoes on the rack. The other solution might be to pop a sensor light in that corner. Maybe same with the jackets though I know they wouldn’t be able to reach the hangers. Could put a second rail lower for the small jackets so they can pop their jackets away themselves and make them more independent and in charge of their gear. A way is to make it fun would be to put up a picture of their favourite movie characters or things on the inside of the doors to welcome them home and give them some ownership over the area. ❤

You could fold the whole laundry an take the foldet into the rooms. So you have one time folding and then only putting away.

I use Lysol with peroxide, the smell is strong. It's my only bathroom cleaner I use. My doctor recommended it because I have asthma.
