    Hi Chris, we’re planning to stay at Hyatt Centric for our upcoming trip. How do you get from NRT to Ginza station? NEX train? How about taking Airport Limousine Bus ? Which stop to get off? Thank you!

    Two twin bed room...did you and OC Girl 👧 have a fight 🤔 😳 😄
    I have serious doubts the "2020" Olympics will ever occur...even in 2021.

    Just how expensive is the Buffet?
    I honestly am curious as, when my dad and I were staying at the Sheraton Grande hotel during our last 3 days in Japan we ate at their breakfast buffet and if cost around 7000 yen... though, thinking on that, I don't remember if it was 7000 each or for 2 people😅
    Either way, if the price for this hotel's buffet is less than 7000, I probably wouldn't see it as expensive due to comparison 😅
    Edit: hmm. So the buffet is around the same price as Sheraton Grande... but the rest of the hotels expenses make it cost way more.
    Whelp, it's a nice hotel, but I doubt we'll stay there.

    That is quite a spacious room for a hotel in Tokyo! The price would definitely be something which would turn me away unless I am redeeming points. At least the hotel looks really nice and the stay looked comfortable!

    Our 110 sq. ft room in Ginza was $140 each night... That Hyatt looks like a palace in comparison.

    Hi Chris, any hotel recommendations for Shinjuko?

    • @YellowProductions
      @YellowProductions  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes! My favorite in Shinjuku is the Hotel Century Southern Tower: See my review from 2010 here: th-cam.com/video/bw0x32PhiUo/w-d-xo.html

    Thank you for this video! When borders open up again, we have strongly been considering staying here. I've stayed at Hyatt Regency Tokyo, which is an absolute steal (12k hyatt points/night or 18k/night for their club room) until they raise the tier in 2021. Despite the fact that the Hyatt Regency (in Shinjuku) is awesome, I was leaning toward staying here because the Ginza location is more central to many Tokyo locations that we would target. This said, have you stayed at the Andaz Tokyo or Park Hyatt Tokyo? The new Park Hyatt Kyoto also looks fancy (and located within walking distance to the Gion area!!)! Hope that you consider travel to Japan once borders open up again! Thanks again for the video.

      Hi Ken.. I haven't stayed at the Park Hyatt Tokyo mostly because its like really far Shinjuku station. I have stayed at the Andaz Tokyo. You can see my review here: th-cam.com/video/_YJTbDMIVys/w-d-xo.html -- comparing the 2.. I would choose the Gina location for the better location. There's nothing within walking distance of the Andaz.. but the rooms, the view, and the swimming pool are epic there!

    • @YellowProductions
      @YellowProductions  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not all hotels in Tokyo are this expensive. You can get some pretty good accommodations for $150/night.. rooms will just be way smaller at that price point
