I think at some colleges these are all being collected and saved, not thrown out… and after evidence being collected nationwide as to just where? all these came from, and who funded the bill, hopefully eventually they can be donated to people who might actually NEED them.

I’ve heard or read comments by parents whose children had a huge personality change, while in college.
One,..parent claims they cannot trust their daughter anymore ...and that she is now a complete hate filled with rage.
Another,..where the son was turned against his father...who not only paid for his son college ...but that said son also became hateful,..untrustworthy...and that was over ten years ago....he hasn’t seen his son since.
Another,...a daughter...came home from college...after the first term...and she also became hateful...angry...and spewed diatribe at her father..who is in the military...his response..to her accusations...he took back the car he bought for her use...and stopped paying for her college fees.

I come from an immigrant family and I can confirm 100% that the narrative in our household regarding Americans was not one that established coexistence. It was about resisting YOUR western ways and making sure we preserved our culture and religion. My question to my family was often, "Why did you bring us to America if you were going to force us to live like we were in our home country?" The answer was, "Money, luxury, infrastructure." Can't get clean water or electricity in most places in the world. Why bother with infrastructure when all the money can be spent on defending your belief system? It's common sense. :)
