- Hundreds of students are gathering at George Washington University in the US capital to show solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza.
Students from Georgetown University have marched across the US capital to the encampment at George Washington University.
Across the United States, students are demanding their universities cut financial ties with Israel and divest from companies they say enable the Israel's war on Gaza.
Al Jazeera’s correspondents are covering the protests across the US.

Hands off our young people. These are the best and brightest we have to lead us into the future. Last time I checked the US was not a government of we the rich and powerful, but of we the people. Freedom of Speech, freedom of the press, freedom to peacefully protest, freedom from unjust oppression was also established.
