It’s very strange that they didn’t include Black panther or Thor in that avengers shot. That would have made half the team lore wise from the 2099 chronoverse or whatever they call it in this game. Black widow, Captain America, winter soldier,Black panther. All seem to be from that 2099 chronoverse. While the rest of the team seem to be from the present one.

I think they chose to downplay the characters who already showed up in the cinematic trailer. That's also why there's no Peni Parker, Rocket, or Loki.
