I've done aerobatic flights in AT-6/SNJs (WW2 advanced trainers), and I will readily admit I was a bit 'green-in-the-gills' after the first few negative G maneuvers..
How unbelievably fun! So awesome to have this opportunity! And he drifts it as the end like an absolute boss. Thank you for bringing us along on the ride!
Mike is seriously one of the greatest human beings- I remember first meeting him at an airshow in MA way back in probably the late 90s when he was flying for Toyota and he was the only solo pilot at that airshow to take the time to talk with me, explain something I asked about his plane and sign a picture. forever a fan =)
Michael is such a genuine guy. Have had the opportunity to meet up with him and his staff over at the Whelen booth. Even became friends with Emily over the years when she was still on Michael's team.
Looked like a lot of fun👍🙏. You had a grin from ear to ear. We all could see the love for flying. Please don’t take anything for granted ! You my Friend are and will be an inspiration to the rookie ! Amazing job Mike and Stevie. Thanks 🙏. Be safe and Merry Christmas. 🎅
What an honor to go up with one of the greats, probably lit up a flame to learn aerobatics. Hope to see you fly with Mike next time at Camarillo airport. Safe travels.
Love the quick fire posts. I know it's a lot of work and I love your enthusiasm. Can we beg for more. You are an amazing and gifted young lady. Your parents must be so proud of you. Merry Christmas.
I love that you love it, you bring so much enjoyment to so many of us with your sharing. I so don't want to sound patronising (though I am a dad over 60 :D), but your competence comes through in how you do this stuff - as of course does Michael G in his laid-back competence - and that really adds to the enjoyment. Thank you and I hope you have a lovely Christmas.
Great video. You did great Stevie! Mike gave you the same intro to Extra flying that I give in mine. The Extra is a total blast to fly and it's even better when you get to fly with Mike Goulian!
Really enjoyed the video. Mike is always a joy to watch-one of my favorite performers. You;re right about the A30s. I’ve used the A20s for years thinking it couldn’t get any better. Then I got the A30 and they are really amazing.
Great video! Your pilot reminds me a little of Steve Perry of Journey. Looks like much fun. Having been a Radio Op in the Air Force and talking with pilots in the air while in Tampa, FL., I enjoy watching you all doing what we could only imagine doing…FLYING. Thanks for the video. Merry Christmas to all!
What a wonderful video Stevie! So glad you are getting some practice in aerobatics and with a pro pilot trainer like Mike. Keep those amazing videos coming!!🎉🎉🎉 Go Blue!
Outstanding flight ! I didn't know if you would be able to maneuver like that but you were perfect. Great job and great clip Thank you for this special flight !!!
Stevie, You are ahead of yourself as you haven't made it to Oshkosh yet! You did great! It wont be long before you get one of them and do your own show!
I had a similar experience in 1975; flew to Oshkosh in a 1947 Luscombe and got an aerobatic flight in a new Great Lakes 2T-1A with company demo pilot Dwain Trenton (he also did an amazing routine during the afternoon airshow). Unforgettable. Nice job with the Lazy 8's!
That plane was so smooth. My dad was an aerobatics pilot in the early 1940's in the Pacific theater usually with a Mitsubishi A6M "Zero" either in front or behind him.
Michael is a true professional and the best voice for anything aviation. Glad you had a chance to fly with him. A great instructor as well! What he says makes sense.
Stevie... Wow!! That was so awesome indeed..!! Eights, loops, rolls...!! Fantastic..!! How many "Gs" you guys got in the maneuvers?? Thanks for the experience..!! Take care...! 😉👍🛩️
Definitely an interesting change for us fans. Really enjoyed the viewing experience since it was so different. More like this periodically would be a great addition.
I agree that this was a cool deal, however it’s basically a commercial for the new Bose headsets. That’s why it’s out of order from her Oshkosh flying videos. I’m sure Bose wanted this video released before Christmas.
@@scottmichaels12 Yeah, I've been wondering why she hasn't uploaded the Part 5 video of her flight to Oshkosh series of videos. I wonder if she's forgotten about it? I hope not.
Mike, wonderful vid. Brings back nice memories of teaching acro. I have watched her videos on utube as well. I enjoy her passion of aviation. See you soon hopefully.
Great video Stevie, really enjoyed your aerobatic experience with Mike, even though most of it was a commercial. You are such a great ambassador for Bose and Garmin. They must be thrilled to have you . Will look forward to the next experience with Mike and aerobatics when he gets out to California. I have a feeling that won't be long.
Mike is great guy and a helava aerobatic pilot. We have a mutual friend and I've hung out with him a few times practicing acro and I've flown an Extra 300. It is very sensitive. You think where you want to go and it goes. There is nothing like it.
The most fun and terror was doing aerobatics + and- Gs. In an OPEN COCKPIT biplane. Looking up at the ground with only my harness keeping me in was terror!
That shot of you at 10:38, upside down with your hair flying and that huge smile, is just priceless!!! You should clip that, have it framed and title it "Happiest Woman In The World"!
They really do make really solid Aviation headsets. Definitely need to pick another so my passengers can ride in comfort too. Awesome video, looked like a stellar opportunity.
So cool seeing the aerobatics from the different camera angles. I’ve been doing aero in my flight school the last few weeks and it’s SO FUN! Side note, my wife got me the overhead break hoodie for Christmas… favorite present. Keep up the good work
Awesome--great edit! My first taste of aerobatics was in a Stearman towing a sailplane. When he released, we started a barrel roll to the right but stayed inverted. At 13 years old, I was grabbing anything I could to keep me in the cockpit!
This is the stuff 🎉
There’s no turning back after you enter the world of aerobatics 😎
A collab between you two would be the best thing in the world 🤩
Definitely caught the aerobatics bug, that's for sure!!
Next year let’s do the High Sierra Fly-In!!!
I've done aerobatic flights in AT-6/SNJs (WW2 advanced trainers), and I will readily admit I was a bit 'green-in-the-gills' after the first few negative G maneuvers..
@@bayflighthey. I'm a pilot in socal also. Trained in Camarillo and long beach, live in Calabasas. We should fly together if your down.
Thanks for taking us along. It was fun to watch, knowing how much you were looking forward to it.
I know just about nothing about aviation, but this got me so excited. The enthusiasm from both you and Mike was infectious.
Looks like fun; He's a pro instructor and you're obviously a great student. Well done to you both. Killing it mate.
Michael G is my favorite airshow pilot! Just love watching him fly. He inspired me into my aviation dream. Another great video Stevie!!
How unbelievably fun! So awesome to have this opportunity! And he drifts it as the end like an absolute boss.
Thank you for bringing us along on the ride!
What an amazing opportunity Stevie, your excitement was contagious. Mike seems so cool and down to earth even in the air 😂
This was awesome thank you for taking us along for the flight ❤
What a blast Stevie, your life is ENVIABLE, how absolutely fun. I enjoy your channel, and I can't get enough of your fabulous flying. ❤

Whenever you're flying with a parachute attached you know it's serious business
Unless you're Trevor Jacob.
I thought it was the Bose headsets.....
Michael is such a genuine guy. Have had the opportunity to meet up with him and his staff over at the Whelen booth. Even became friends with Emily over the years when she was still on Michael's team.
What an awesome opportunity to fly with him. Must have been magic in the sky. Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸

Fantastic! How thrilling!!! Thanks for bringing us along! And, thanks Bose!
Your videos are the best. They just show the love of aviation. You are immensely talented!!
Great that you got to experience that, I flew an extra once at an airshow in Alaska it was fun. Mike is an amazing pilot so you were in good hands.
I think I was just as excited as you were, just by watching! Your videos are great Stevie!
Fantastic experience with Mike. Enjoyed watching him in the Red Bull races.
Thanks for the ride. Laze 8’s and Hammer Head. You brought me back. Thumbs up for Bose helping out with the ride as well.
