- Das Sisi Museum in der Hofburg Wien zeigt an Hand zahlreicher persönlicher Gegenstände der Kaiserin Elisabeth die wahre Persönlichkeit der vielfach missverstandenen Kaiserin. Der Rundgang durch das Sisi Museum beginnt mit dem Tod der Kaiserin und erzählt Raum für Raum wie der Mythos der Kaiserin Sisi entstand, der nicht zuletzt auch durch die „Sissi-Filme“ von Ernst Marischka stark geprägt wurde.
Sisi was a timeless beauty. By any standard, she was stunning.

When I visited Sisi museum May 2018 I could not take photos or videos. This video reminds me a wonderful time. I enjoyed the Silver museum.
This is what I heard, that you could not take photos. Is this then changed by now? Planning a visit to Vienna next year.
Very beautiful palace, thank you for sharing your journey. I only have one criticism and it's constructive; when filming don't move so fast because you lose details and it makes the viewer dizzy. Take the punch out of the image from the front and move up, down or turn slowly. I understand that there are people in the back who sometimes push to move those in front, but don't worry about them, worry about the priceless material you are making.

Wunderschöner Film aber bitte nächstens länger auf den Schildern u allem draufbleiben.Das ist alles viel zu schnell gedreht.
Passiert halt wenn man filmt wo es eigentlich verboten ist und man immer auf die Aufsichtspersonen achten muss..... In der Silberkammer ist filmen/fotografieren erlaubt. Im Sisi Museum und den Kaiser Apartments nicht.
Ach so.Ich lebe seit fast 40 Jahren in Ibiza u hatte da keine Ahnung dass alles verboten ist.

Dear James, I kindly ask if there was any authorisation required for you to record at Hofburg. I was there a couple of years ago and had not given permission to photograph or record. I’ll be there again later this year with my family and would very much appreciate if I could make some eternal memories 😊

She was really pretty. I've read that she was too concerned about being thin. She would do unwise things to keep herself into good shape. The 3 movies done do not portray the real Sissi. It seams that she was not a happy person. I am sorry for her

I visit the museum in 2008 , seeing this tour. Memories came back. I hope to visit the museum once again. Vienna is a lovely city.

Wenn man sagt sissi gucken, man denkt automatisch an die Filme von ernst marischka mit Romy Schneider. Alle anderen sind irgendwie unwichtig. Ist genau dasselbe mit Titanic. Es gibt ja nicht nur James Camerons. Von 1943 bis 2010 wurde Titanic verfilmt. Aber man denkt da dran gar nicht mehr. Und eine Sache ist wirklich so. Sissi von ernst marischka und Titanic von James Cameron sind um Welten besser als alle anderen Verfilmungen zusammen.

Estuve viendo la serie la emperatriz, como todos gente del pasado y del presente , quedé encantada con esta emperatriz y me quedé indagando acerca de su vida y vivo en la Argentina muy lejos de Viena y quería soñar con estar un momentito en Austria en el museo de mi emperatriz favorita , gracias por permitírmelo.

A imperatriz nao era NADA como dizem ser ela era uma imperatriz horrivel mas super romantizada nos dias de hoje.
