Mouth sounds are my favorite kind of ASMR! Personally rambles arent important to me because i play videos on a loop in the background and hearing the same thing can be repetitive, but your videos have a good ramble to mouth sound ratio & you're pretty good at ASMR. You can also talk about yourself since you're new. I like the light level & web-cam aesthetic. Don't over think it or worry about fixing what's not broken, good luck!

on your video with your new microphone, you should definitely increase the gain in future - if you run into an issue with background noise you can search up a tutorial on how you can get rid of it with audacity, it's super simple
